Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor structure with having a source/drain feature with a central cavity, and a source/drain contact feature formed in central cavity of the source/drain region, wherein the source/drain contact feature is nearly wrapped around by the source/drain region. The source/drain contact feature may extend to a lower most of a plurality semiconductor layers.

Abstract: A drum includes a shell, a counterhoop and a head. The shell is cylindrical and provided with a combining member to engage with an engaging member of the counterhoop, and the head is sandwiched tightly between the shell and the counterhoop, with no need of any other parts to keep the head stretched tight so as to save time and cost for its manufacture.

Abstract: A drumhead has several grating furrows and veins formed on an upper surface of a base material thereof, and continuous drawings printed on a lower surface of the base material; the continuous drawings are printed by means of plane printing; therefore, when the drumhead is hit and vibrating, the grating furrows and veins will refract light such that the continuous printed drawings show on the drumhead in an animated manner.

Abstract: A polyethylene terephthalate (PET) board-shaped material, and a polypropylene (PP) board-shaped material are chosen and used as materials of a plastics-compound board-shaped material; second, glue is applied to form glue layers on opposed sides of both the polyethylene terephthalate board-shaped material and the polypropylene board-shaped material; third, both the PET and the PP board-shaped materials are heated to 130° C. so that they are in a half-melted plasticized state; finally, both the PET and the PP board-shaped materials are stuck together with the help of a machine in order to form a plastics-compound board-shaped material, which is to be used as the materials of plastic tiles, hand tool boxes, outer plastic board parts of jazz drums and the materials in building and printing as well.
