Abstract: Provided herein are tetravalent antibodies that specifically bind to human PSGL-1. Unlike bivalent antibodies, these tetravalent antibodies contain a dimer of two monomers, with each monomer comprising two light chain variable (VL) domains and two heavy chain variable (VH) domains. This format allows for cross-linker/FcR-expressing cell-independent tetravalent antibodies against PSGL-1 that show enhanced efficacy as compared to bivalent PSGL-1 antibodies. These tetravalent antibodies can be used in a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic methods, including without limitation treating T-cell mediated inflammatory diseases, transplantations, and transfusions.

Abstract: A device with anti-gravity suspension is provided, comprising: a base, a torso support unit and a torso-wearing unit; wherein, the base is provided with two rails erected on two opposite sides; the torso support unit is connected to and movable up and down along the two rails, the torso support unit has a torso-holding portion for accommodating a torso, and the torso-holding portion is acted on by at least one actuating element disposed on the torso support unit to move up and down vertically; the torso-wearing unit is worn on the torso of a user, and a second coupling element disposed on the torso-wearing unit is connected to a first coupling element disposed on the torso-holding portion. When the user is held by the torso-holding portion, the torso weight load on the lower limbs can be reduced.

Abstract: A resistance treadmill with curved running deck is provided with a pair of conveyors positioned between a pair of first drive wheels and a pair of second drive wheels on a base of the treadmill. A plurality of running decks are arranged along the circumference of the conveyors, and a portion of the running decks, located above the base, is supported by a pair of curved-shaped bars to form the curved running deck. Each of the running decks is equipped with a first attachment element on its upper surface. There is a second attachment element intended to be attached to the runner's foot or shoe. The second attachment element can be detachably attached to the first attachment element, creating resistance between the runner's foot or shoe and the treadmill when the user runs on the deck through the mutual attachment of the first and second attachment elements.

Abstract: A bounce treadmill is disclosed, with the main feature in that an annular running belt composed of a plurality of running belt units is arranged on a base, and each running belt unit at least comprises: a fixed seat, an elastic element and a running belt piece; wherein, two opposite ends of the fixed seat are respectively fixed to a pair of transmission elements arranged on the base, two ends of the elastic element are respectively fixed to the opposite ends of the fixed seat, two ends of the running belt piece are respectively fixed to the two opposite ends of the fixed seat, and the elastic element is connected to the bottom of the running belt piece, whereby when the running belt piece is bent and deformed under the weight to create a downward force, absorbed by the elastic element and an upward elastic force is provided.
