Abstract: An artificial heart valve prosthesis includes a stent comprising at least two commissures spaced circumferentially around the stent, the commissure provided with a first window and a second window, which are arranged along an axial direction of the stent, the first window located closer to an outflow end of the stent; and at least two leaflets arranged circumferentially around the stent, each of the leaflets including a main segment and flaps arranged on opposite circumferential sides of the main segment, the main segment disposed on an inner side of the stent, the flap passed through the second window and covering at least a part of an outer surface of the commissure, the flap sutured at the first window and the second window.

Abstract: An application of hyaluronic acid in preparing medicines for preventing or treating ferroptosis-related diseases is provided, and an application of hyaluronic acid or salts of hyaluronic acid or derivatives of hyaluronic acid in preparing medicines for inhibiting ferroptosis is also provided. According to the present application, the anti-ferroptosis function of hyaluronic acid is disclosed. The hyaluronic acid is the first natural extracellular matrix material with anti-ferroptosis function found at present. The hyaluronic acid is one of the components of natural extracellular matrix and exists in large quantities in human body and is also a widely used material in clinic.

The infusion method includes checking an infusion pump for integrity, losing a liquor stop clamp, injecting a mixed liquor of stem cells and medicine, covering a protective cap, opening the liquor stop clamp, closing the liquor stop clamp for use, connecting an external cone joint with a venous cannula, and then opening the liquor stop clamp.
