One method includes: generating first indication information and a plurality of groups of second indication information, where the first indication information indicates a plurality of frequency domain component vectors, each group in the plurality of groups of second indication information corresponds to a spatial layer and a plurality of spatial domain component vectors and constructs precoding vectors of the spatial layer in a plurality of frequency bands, and each piece of second indication information in each group corresponds to a spatial domain component vector in the plurality of spatial domain component vectors and indicates at least one of the plurality of frequency domain component vectors that corresponds to the spatial domain component vector; and sending the first indication information and the second indication information.

The method includes: determining channel information of a first terminal, where the channel information indicates a channel state of a downlink channel between the first terminal and an access network device; and reporting, to the access network device, first information indicating some or all information in first common information in the channel information of the first terminal and channel information of a second terminal, where the channel information of the second terminal indicates a channel state of a downlink channel between the second terminal and the access network device. According to the method, different terminals can jointly report channel information.

Abstract: A neural network adjustment method and apparatus. The neural network adjustment method relates to a first neural network and a second neural network. The method includes: whether a currently used neural network needs to be updated is first determined; and if the currently used neural network needs to be updated, a first device may autonomously complete the update or indicate a second device to complete the update. In other words, a more appropriate neural network may be obtained by updating a neural network in an AI model, to improve precision of information transmission based on the AI model.

Abstract: An information transmission method and apparatus. In the method, a terminal device generates a first codeword, where the first codeword is obtained based on a second codeword, a quantity of elements included in the second codeword is greater than a quantity of elements included in the first codeword, the second codeword is associated with a first coefficient set of a downlink channel, and the first coefficient set includes an element included in at least one row vector or column vector of a first coefficient matrix; and then the terminal device feeds back the first codeword to a network device. The terminal device can indicate a position and a numerical value of an element in the first coefficient set by reporting only the first codeword. This manner is simple. In addition, a codeword length of the first codeword is shorter than a codeword length of the second codeword.
