    Abstract: A new image formation model for descattering different from the previous works based on atmospheric scattering model is established. It can provide a corresponding physical explanation for each scattering environment, illustrate a relationship between a light source position and scattering conditions and solve the problem of scattering removal under non-uniform illumination. Firstly, a dark angle of a camera is removed by an integrating sphere; then, a pure scattering part is found by an improved dark channel-like prior method; and finally, a zenith angle, an azimuth angle, an extinction coefficient and other related physical quantities are calculated according to the light attenuation and backscattering distribution of a scattering medium to eliminate the backscattering and light attenuation. Theoretically, the model can be used in any uniform scattering medium, such as underwater and fog environments, and works well in high-density media.

    Abstract: Provided in the disclosure is a photomask for detecting flare degree of lens of exposure machine. The photomask includes a central exposure area and a peripheral area, exposure light of the exposure machine passing through the lens and then penetrating the central exposure area to expose photoresist on a wafer, wherein the entire central exposure area is provided with a shading layer to prevent the exposure light from penetrating; and the peripheral area is provided with a plurality of light-transmitting stripes, and stray light formed after the exposure light passes through the lens penetrates the plurality of light-transmitting stripes to expose the photoresist. Further provided in the disclosure is a method for detecting flare degree of lens of exposure machine by using the photomask. According to the disclosure, a lens flare problem of an exposure machine can be found and solved in time.

    Abstract: A method and a system for allocating delivery reports are disclosed in the present invention. A Service Provider (SP) sets a message identifier MSGID1 in a multimedia message and submits the multimedia message containing the MSGID1 and destination numbers to a server in a multimedia messaging service gateway (MMSG), the server sets a message identifier MSGID2 in the multimedia message, and forwards the multimedia message containing the MSGID2 and the destination number to a multimedia messaging service center (MMSC); the MMSG parses the corresponding server generating the MSGID2 according to the MSGID2 in the delivery report returned by the MMSC, and forwards the delivery report to the server creating the MSGID2. By adopting the method and system of the present invention, it ensures that the delivery reports returned by the MMSC are evenly allocated to the servers in the MMSG, the load balancing of the servers can be realized.

In this method, after receiving a multimedia message, the MMSC decodes the multimedia message and determines whether the multimedia message is a mobile phone newspaper message; if it is, then the MMSC transmits the message body of the multimedia message to the mobile phone newspaper message processing module. The mobile phone newspaper message processing module determines whether the same message body has been saved in the memory module; if it is, then said message body is discarded, otherwise, said message body is saved into the memory module. The processing efficiency of the MMSC and the user experience are improved by the present invention.
