The water outlet passage gradually increases in a downward direction, and a plurality of rectifying ribs protrude from an inner wall of the water outlet passage and are arranged in a circumferential direction at intervals. When the water flows through the inlet and enters the air intake chamber, a flowing cross sectional area of the water changes suddenly, an air pressure surrounding the water is less than the external air pressure, and a negative pressure is generated in the air intake chamber.
