The wireless charging device includes a wireless transmitting circuit and a first communication control circuit; the device to-be-charged comprises a battery, a wireless receiving circuit, a detecting circuit, and a second communication control circuit. The second communication control circuit is configured to conduct wireless communication with the first communication control circuit, to send to the first communication control circuit at least one of an output voltage and an output current of the wireless receiving circuit detected by the detecting circuit, whereby the first communication control circuit adjusts a transmission power of the wireless transmitting circuit, to meet charging requirements of the battery.
