Abstract: A sensor unit according to the present disclosure includes: a sensor element; a pair of conductive members that extend in parallel with each other from the sensor element; and a resin-molded portion that covers part of the pair of conductive members. The pair of conductive members each includes: a base end portion connected to the sensor element; a tip end portion on an opposite side to the base end portion; and an intermediate portion that is a part between the base end portion and the tip end portion, the intermediate portion including a through-hole. The resin-molded portion covers the base end portion and the intermediate portion while the tip portion is exposed.

Abstract: A sensor component to be press-fitted into a mounting hole includes a sensor body, detection means, and a pair of O-rings. The sensor body includes a primary mold portion in which the detection means is embedded, a secondary mold portion provided on an opposite side of the primary mold portion in the press-fitting direction of the mounting hole, and a border portion between the primary mold portion and the secondary mold portion. The primary mold portion includes a first arrangement portion on which one of the pair of O-rings is arranged. The secondary mold portion includes a second arrangement portion on which the other of the pair of O-rings is arranged. The second arrangement portion, the border portion, and the first arrangement portion are arranged in this recited order in the press-fitting direction.

Abstract: A sensor mounting structure includes a sensor and a sensor receiving section including a receiving lock portion protruding from a seat surface to be locked to a portion of a collar section, wherein the collar section of the sensor includes: a sensor lock portion; and an interference avoiding portion in an overlapping portion of the collar section, wherein when the sensor main body is inserted in the sensor insertion hole in an incorrect pose, the collar section overlaps with the receiving lock portion in the overlapping portion, wherein the incorrect pose is offset from a normal pose around the center axis, wherein in the normal pose, the sensor lock portion is locked to the receiving lock portion, wherein the interference avoiding portion avoids interference of the collar section with the receiving lock portion along a direction of insertion of the sensor main body into the sensor insertion hole.
