Abstract: The money handling system includes: a money handling device that is installed in a property accommodating first and second financial institutions and that is configured to perform a first money handling process for a transaction of the first financial institution and a second money handling process for a transaction of the second financial institution; and a computer configured to manage information about the money stored in the money handling device, and configured to distinguish, as the management, between money belonging to the first financial institution and money belonging to the second financial institution, wherein the computer updates the information about the money of the first financial institution in a case where the money handling device performs the first money handling process, and updates the information about the money of the second financial institution in a case where the money handling device performs the second money handling process.

Abstract: A money processing system includes first and second money processing devices and a computer that executes notification management based on the inventory amount of the first money processing device and the inventory amount of the second money processing device. The computer refrains from issuing a notification of prompting execution of first processing in the second money processing device in a case where a notification of prompting execution of the first processing in the first money processing device is issued, and refrains from issuing a notification of prompting execution of second processing in the second money processing device in a case where a notification of prompting execution of the second processing in the first money processing device is issued.

Abstract: The production management system includes: a first storage unit which stores actual production information including actual production values of the production of products in the production facility; a second storage unit which stores status information indicating a status of the production facility; a third storage unit which stores master information including a first threshold for detecting an abnormality in the production of products in the production facility; a calculation unit which calculates a correction term according to the status of the production facility based on the status information, and calculates a second threshold in which the calculated correction term is set to a first threshold included in the master information stored in the third storage unit; and a detection unit which detects an abnormality in the production of products in the production facility by using the actual production value included in the actual production information and the second threshold.

Abstract: A file scan process is carried out, in parallel in a distributed manner, on a file server for which indices have been created once, to create a list of added, changed, or updated files. A file list of indexed scan target files is created by a distributed processing server. Directory URLs of the scan target files are acquired from the file list and analyzed to count a number of directories in each layer and determine a division unit for division of a scan process to be carried out on the scan target directories, based on a result of the counting.

Abstract: A file list generation device creates, at high speed, a list of added, changed, or deleted file data by acquiring the directory URLs of search target files from a first storage, counting the number of directories in each layer through analysis of the directory URLs, and, based on the result of the counting, determines a dividing policy to divide a scan target directory scanning operation, which is to be performed with a distributed server cluster. Directories of the search target files are divided in accordance with the determined dividing policy, and a snapshot of a current directory tree is acquired.

Abstract: In order for a conventional information search system to realize online updating of search indices, there would have to be provided two systems of physical storages for storing copies of indices, namely one for searching and another for updating. By means of a snapshot function provided by an OS, duplicates of original indices are created. A search engine is attached to those duplicates and is used as such, while an index update process is applied to the original index data.
