    Abstract: An addition curable silicone emulsion release composition suitable for forming a releasable film having a high releasability to a pressure sensitive adhesives simultaneously with good adhesion to a plastic film substrate is provided. A resist composition comprising the inventive polymer is effective for suppressing acid diffusion since the sulfonium salt is bound to the polymer backbone.
