  • Publication number: 20240145195
Abstract: An electromagnetic relay includes a case, a fixed terminal, and a female screw member. The fixed terminal includes an external connecting portion. The external connecting portion has a screw insertion hole, exposed to the outside from the case, and configured to be screwed to an external terminal. The female screw member is prevented from rotating by the case. The case includes a held portion that is held between the external connecting portion of the fixed terminal and the female screw member in a direction of penetration of the screw insertion hole, the direction of penetration including a first direction from the external connecting portion toward the female screw member and a second direction from the female screw member toward the external connecting portion.

  • Publication number: 20240136132
Abstract: An electromagnetic relay includes a case, a movable contact piece, a fixed terminal, a driving device, and an insulating wall. The movable contact piece includes a movable contact. The fixed terminal includes a fixed contact, a contact support portion, an extension portion, and a bent portion. The contact support portion supports the fixed contact. The extension portion extends from the contact support portion in a longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece. The bent portion extends in a bent shape from the extension portion in a first direction from the fixed contact toward the movable contact, and overlaps the movable contact piece in the longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece. The driving device is configured to move the movable contact piece. The insulating wall is integral with the case and is disposed between the bent portion and the movable contact piece.

  • Publication number: 20240120165
Abstract: An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact, a movable contact piece, a movable iron core, a drive shaft, a coil, and a stopper. The movable iron core is movable in a moving direction including a contact direction in which the movable contact approaches the fixed contact and a separation direction in which the movable contact separates from the fixed contact. The movable iron core includes a shaft hole extending in the moving direction. The drive shaft is connected to the movable contact piece. The drive shaft extends through the shaft hole. The drive shaft is fixed to the movable iron core. The coil generates a magnetic force to move the movable iron core in the moving direction. The stopper is connected to the drive shaft. The stopper restricts a movement of the movable iron core with respect to the drive shaft in the moving direction.

  • Publication number: 20240120581
Abstract: The present invention provides steel foil for battery containers, the steel foil being characterized in that the maximum value of the maximum principal strain in uniaxial deformation is not less than 0.25 and the maximum value of the maximum principal strain in planar strain deformation is not less than 0.1. The present invention is able to provide steel foil for battery containers that is capable of restraining cracking of a base material when subjected to a severe forming process for battery containers.

  • Publication number: 20240071702
Abstract: An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact, a movable contact piece, a case, and an adhesive material. The movable contact is disposed to face the fixed contact. The movable contact piece is connected to the movable contact. The movable contact piece is movable between a closed position in which the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and an open position in which the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact. The case accommodates the fixed contact and the movable contact. The adhesive material is disposed in the case. The adhesive material captures foreign matter in the case.

  • Patent number: 6174364
Abstract: A method for producing a silicon monocrystal according to Czochralski method characterized in growing crystal with controlling a pulling rate between a transition pulling rate Pc at which there is caused a transition from a region where excess vacancies are present, but grown-in defect is not present to a region where excess interstitial silicon atoms are present, but an agglomerate thereof is not present, and a transition pulling rate Pi from a region where excess interstitial silicon atoms are present, but an agglomerate thereof is not present to a region where an agglomerate of interstitial silicon atoms is present. There are provided a method for producing a silicon monocrystal having no defect through the whole area of the wafer and having high quality wherein a deviation of amount of precipitated oxygen is small by pulling a crystal with controlling a pulling rate P as a general and interoperable valuable, and the silicon monocrystal produced thereby.
