Publication number: 20240304514Abstract: A composite material has a plate shape and has a first surface and a second surface. The second surface is opposite to the first surface. The composite material includes a plurality of first layers and at least one second layer. The first layers and the second layer are alternately layered along a thickness direction of the composite material such that the first layers are located at the first surface and the second surface. Each of the first layers is a layer including copper. The second layer is a layer of a molybdenum powder compact impregnated with copper. A compressive residual stress of 50 MPa or less acts on each of the first layer located at the first surface and the first layer located at the second surface.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 22, 2021Publication date: September 12, 2024Applicants: SUMITOMO ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES, LTD., A.L.M.T. Patent number: 7072075Abstract: An image reader reads an image on a sheet document while feeding the sheet document by an automatic document feeder (ADF). A CCD sensor includes first pixel rows and a second pixel row. The first pixel rows read R, G, B color components of a document image while scanning the document in a main scanning direction. The second pixel row is disposed at a predetermined distance in a sub-scanning direction from the first pixel rows. The second pixel row reads one color component of the document image. The image reader uses the CCD sensor to detect noise component on image data read by the first pixel rows or the second pixel row based on each of image data read by the first and second pixel rows and to eliminate the detected noise component.Type: GrantFiled: March 4, 2003Date of Patent: July 4, 2006Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shin Kondo, Kosuke Shimizu

Patent number: 6937361Abstract: CCD1 as an image reading part reads a copy at the upstream and downstream of reading positions, and image data B and A at each of the reading positions are obtained from an output delay circuit and a shading correction circuit, respectively. A streak detector 8 compares the image data A with B, and outputs black streak detecting data indicating that the image data A contains black streaky noises, when the image data is not coincident in succession as to a plurality of pixels arrayed in the sub-scanning direction. A streak eliminator normally outputs the image data A, but it outputs the image data B instead of the image data A with regard to the pixels from which the black streak detecting data containing the noise is outputted. The image data reading device of present invention being thus constructed, the device is able to accurately detect streaky noises by adhesion of thrashes to the reading unit, even if there are speed variations in the copy feeding.Type: GrantFiled: August 20, 1999Date of Patent: August 30, 2005Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shin Kondo, Shunsuke Hamasuna, Kosuke Shimizu, Hiroshi Ishii

Patent number: 5947617Abstract: A printer comprises a skew correction mechanism for a roll paper between a roll paper loading section and a recording section. The skew correction mechanism has a pair of first roller and second roller each having a guide surface for the roll paper, arranged in the transverse direction of the roll paper and eccentrically mounted on respective shafts. A skew of the roll paper is detected by a skew sensor, and the first and second rollers is rotated by a predetermined angle in the opposite directions to obtain different path lengths for the roll paper between both the guide surfaces of the rollers, thereby correcting the skew feed of the roll paper.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 1997Date of Patent: September 7, 1999Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Shin Kondo
