  • Patent number: 11699873
Abstract: A method for producing a shield wire includes: disposing the first terminal at an opening end portion of the shield body in a state where the covered wire and the shield body are inserted into the first terminal; folding the opening end portion of the shield body to an outer side and disposing the second terminal to sandwich the folded opening end portion; and press-deforming the first terminal and the second terminal into a clamping shape. A mold surface of the mold has a protruding portion protruding toward the axis, and a protruding end surface of the protruding portion has a radius of curvature smaller than a radius of an outer peripheral surface of the second terminal before clamping and larger than a radius of an outer peripheral surface of the covered wire before clamping.

  • Publication number: 20220185673
Abstract: A method for detecting abnormal growth of graphene includes: measuring, through spectroscopic ellipsometry, a reflection spectrum of a measurement object having a graphene film formed through CVD on a substrate; creating a film structure model, calculating polarization parameters, and matching calculated values of the polarization parameters to measured values through fitting; and detecting abnormal growth of the graphene based on a value of goodness of fit obtained when fitting the polarization parameters.

  • Publication number: 20220077626
Abstract: A connector housing includes a housing main body, a seal element configured to tightly seal a gap between an outer circumferential surface of an electric wire section of a terminal-equipped electric wire and an inner circumferential surface of the housing main body, and a rear holder which is a lid element configured to be attached to the housing main body so as to close the rear side opening and has a passage hole and a protrusion, the passage hole allowing the electric wire section to pass therethrough and having a larger opening area than a radial cross section area of the electric wire section, wherein the protrusion protrudes from a portion of an inner circumferential surface of the passage hole in a circumferential direction with a protrusion length, the protrusion length being adapted to an inner circumference position of a sealing through hole.

  • Publication number: 20220077625
Abstract: A connector housing includes a housing main body, a seal element between an electric wire section of a terminal-equipped electric wire and the housing main body, and a rear holder configured to be attached to the housing main body so as to close the rear side opening and has a passage hole for the electric wire section and a plurality of protrusions, the passage hole having a larger opening area than a radial cross section area of the electric wire section, wherein the protrusions protrude from an inner circumferential surface of the passage hole with a protrusion length in such a way that one of vertices is positioned in each of three regions of the passage hole which are obtained by dividing it equally in a plan view on the passage hole, the protrusion length being adapted to an inner circumference position of a sealing through hole.
