  • Patent number: 7992469
Abstract: A screw feeding device includes a feeder box, a stopper member, an operating member, and a resilient member. An adjustment slot is formed in the stopper member, and has two closed ends and alternate large-diameter and small-diameter slot portions. An operating protrusion of the operating member has a large-diameter protrusion portion and a small-diameter protrusion portion. The operating protrusion is biased by the resilient member away from the feeder box. The operating member is movable relative to the feeder box between a first position whereat the large-diameter protrusion portion is disposed within a selected one of the large-diameter slot portions, and a second position whereat the small-diameter protrusion portion is disposed in the adjustment slot.

  • Patent number: 7293486
Abstract: The structure of a screw nailer includes a body with a functional space inside; a rotary driver, placed in the functioning space rotated from a point of support and having a gear wheel that moves the nail belt; a one-way driving component moving the rotary driver in a single direction; an indexing fixer creating elastic positioning when the rotary driver turns in a direction in a preset angle, so that the rotary driver achieves the indexing positioning. A blockage fixer, and by position of the blockage fixer to nail the screw by rotational inertia when the rotary driver of the screw nailer is rotating in direction with preset angle to keep the nail belt from turning the angles, so that the screws may be nailed accurately and securely to the designated location, and largely increase the accuracy, quality and effects of the screw nailer operation.

  • Publication number: 20040099105
Abstract: A screw bit replacing device for screw dispensers includes a main body having a passage defined therethrough in which a shaft is rotatably received. The shaft has a threaded recess defined in an end thereof so as to be engaged with a screw bit. A barrel has a tubular portion inserted in the passage and series of screws are sent in the barrel. A slot is defined through a wall of the tubular portion of the barrel and a plate is removably inserted in the slot. The plate has at least one aperture defined therethrough which is engaged with the screw bit so that when rotating the shaft, the screw bit is easily to be connected to or disengaged from the shaft.

  • Patent number: 6701811
Abstract: A screw feeding device includes a one-piece member composed of a gar, a hollow shaft and a positioning gear, a one-direction bearing received in the hollow shaft and a biasing plate contacting the positioning gear. The one-piece member reduces the space occupied by the parts of the device. An adjusting shaft has a serrated surface at one end to contact a safety board and a plurality of notches in the other end of the adjusting shaft, the notches are engaged with a bead biased by a spring, thereby controlling a depth of the screw that penetrates in an object. The guide body of the device is composed of two halves so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.
