Thus, since a fluid in the state in which low-frequency and high-frequency components of the disturbances generated outside the structure are removed therefrom acts on the pressure sensor, the underwater pressure sensing apparatus is capable of measuring fluid pressure in a stable state.

The top portions of the second plurality of semiconductor strips protrude higher than the isolation regions form semiconductor fins, which form a fin array. An X-ray beam is projected on the test key. A diffraction pattern is obtained from scattered X-ray beam scattered from the test key.

Addition of a viscoelastic substance during intraocular (into the anterior chamber) transplantation of the sphere or cultured corneal endothelial cells dispersed into single cells can increase the number of adherent cells after transplantation.
