  • Publication number: 20050051490
Abstract: A process apparatus for processing wasted ozone and drained water simultaneously is disclosed. The apparatus includes a process device, a ozone generator, a drain water tank, a gas/liquid mixing device, a decomposition device and a adsorption device. The ozone generator is coupled to the process device for supplying ozone to the process device. The drain tank at least includes a drain water inlet and a drain water outlet. The gas/liquid mixing device includes a gas inlet, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The liquid inlet is coupled to the drain water outlet of drain water tank; the gas inlet is coupled to the ozone generator. The gas/liquid mixing device is used for dissolving ozone into drain water. The decomposition device is coupled to the gas/liquid mixing device for decomposing the organic carbon in the drain water. The adsorption device is coupled to the decomposition device for adsorbing ions in the drain water.

  • Publication number: 20050005969
Abstract: A water hammer arrester, a liquid supply apparatus and a method of preventing water hammer effect are provided. The water hammer arrester arrests the water hammer effect in a pipeline linking up a liquid tank to a water supply point. The water hammer arrester comprises a pressure sensor, a proportional-integral-differential (PID) control module and a control valve. The pressure sensor is set between the liquid tank and the liquid supply point. The PID control module and the pressures sensor are connected together. The control valve is set in the pipeline with connection to the PID control module. The PID control module controls the operation of the control valve according to the signals received from the pressure sensor. The water hammer arrester relieves excess pressure within the pipeline automatically according to sensed internal pressure so that damage to the pipeline due to the sudden shut down of a check valve is prevented.

  • Publication number: 20040184890
Abstract: A fluid transport system with vibrators. The transport system includes a drainpipe, a feed inlet, a water inlet, at least a vibrator, and a plurality of cushions. When a highly viscous fluid transport is performed, the vibrator provides an appropriate degree of vibration to prevent the drainpipe from coating and blocking the drainpipe. The cushions are used to contain the vibration energy and to prevent the vibration from being transmitted to other devices.
