  • Publication number: 20240361701
Abstract: A method of inspecting an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation source includes, in an idle mode, inserting a borescope mounted on a fixture through a first opening into a chamber of the EUV radiation source. The borescope includes a connection cable attached at a first end to a camera. The EUV radiation source includes an excitation laser that generates a light beam that is configured to focus onto tin droplets to generate EUV radiation inside the chamber of the EUV radiation source. The method further includes extending the extendible section, in a direction toward the second opening of the EUV radiation source, to move the camera beyond the blocking shield, and acquiring one or more images from a region beyond the blocking shield. The method also includes analyzing the one or more acquired images to determine an amount of tin debris deposited inside the chamber of the EUV radiation source.

  • Publication number: 20240266380
Abstract: Trenches for a back side deep trench isolation (BDTI) structure are formed using two etches: a high-aspect ratio etch and a mouth etch. The trenches have an upper part (the mouth) that is wider and the lower part of the trenches. The lower part is narrower and has a higher aspect ratio than the upper part. The trenches exhibit a step change in width between the upper part and the lower part. The depth of the lower part may be fixed to provide an aspect ratio that is high but limited to an aspect ratio at which the lower part may be consistently filled without creating voids. The overall depth of the trenches may be varied by adjusting the depth of the mouth area. The resulting BDTI structure provides an image sensor with better optical performance characteristics than may be achieved using a single trench etch.

  • Publication number: 20210030579
Abstract: An arthritis correction and fixation device is used to connect distal and middle phalanges of a finger. The arthritis correction and fixation device includes a first unit, a second unit and a connection unit. The first unit connects with the distal phalange and has a first threaded portion and a first connecting portion. The second unit connects with the middle phalange and has a second threaded portion and a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are connected through the connection unit, so that the first unit and the second unit can actuate relative to each other. When the first threaded portion is rotated, the first connecting portion drives the second unit to move together in a direction away from the first threaded portion, thereby changing a distance between the distal and middle phalanges.
