  • Publication number: 20060261012
Abstract: A centrifugation process to increase solid containment in a powdered paste is related to a fast, simple and higher value added process. The paste availed from a primary centrifugation is blended to destroy powder bridge in the paste. The solid and the liquid are further separated with a secondary centrifugation to significantly improve centrifugation efficiency and help avail the paste with a higher solid containment. The powder is constantly distributed due to the blending thus to minimize potential flaws found in the subsequent process.

  • Patent number: 6907624
Abstract: Various simple back scrubber-massagers are invented for the shower/bathtub surround. The scrubber-massagers can be made for permanent installation on an existing shower/bathtub surround or they can be made as a built-in feature of a shower/bathtub surround. Basically, the back scrubber-massagers have either one wall or two parallel walls. Both sides of the footing of a wall are curved for easily cleaning. The top of a wall is smooth and with or without texture. For a two-wall configuration, a protrusion along the upper portion of the inner side of each wall is provided to help holding a sponge or towel between the walls.

  • Publication number: 20050121833
Abstract: A processing method for ceramic, having processing steps consisting of: (a) Manufacture pellets; (b) Cover the pellets with microwave dielectric; (c) Place the pellets into a microwave environment; (d) Microwave degreasing; (e) Complete degreasing. Procedural steps of the present invention primarily consist of placing the ceramic pellets in a container filled with microwave dielectric powder, placing the container within the microwave environment, and then regulating microwave power and time period for degreasing, whereupon the microwave dielectric powder surrounding and covering the pellets subsequently absorbs the microwaves and thereby facilitates indirect degreasing of the pellets.

  • Publication number: 20040264720
Abstract: A wireless earphone with a replaceable battery module has a body having the function of a wireless earphone and a hook having a battery module therein. A cavity is formed on the body. Two conducting sheets are provided near the cavity. The two conducting sheets are connected to a power source circuit in the body. Two conducting contacts are formed at one end portion of the hook. The two conducting contacts are connected to a power source circuit of the battery module. When one end portion of the hook is inserted into the cavity in the body, the two conducting contacts contact the two conducting sheets at two sides of the body so that the battery module can provide electricity to the body. When the electricity of the module is insufficient, the hook can be replaced to recharge the battery module for further use.
