Patent number: 10569931Abstract: A vibration isolator includes an upper member, a lower member, moving mechanisms, and an elastic member. The upper member has a first storage container placed thereon. The lower member is placed on a floor surface or on an upper side of a second storage container. The moving mechanisms make the upper member movable relative to the lower member from a position of origin in a horizontal direction. The elastic member makes the upper member return to the position of origin by an elastic force responsive to a moving amount of the upper member from the position of origin in the movement of the upper member relative to the lower member.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 2017Date of Patent: February 25, 2020Assignee: MURATA MACHINERY, LTD.Inventors: Shingo Hirose, Osamu Fukuta

Publication number: 20190153617Abstract: To provide a method and apparatus for production of a nitrogen compound film by a plasma, wherein the method and apparatus are suitable for area enlargement by a process at a higher pressure with lower power consumption, without applying a voltage to a base material, and without using a large chamber. In nitrogen compound production for producing a nitrogen compound by generating a microwave plasma, in a step of jetting a material gas containing a nitrogen-based gas onto a surface of a base material from a nozzle under flow rate control while applying a microwave to the material gas to thereby irradiate the surface of the base material with a plasma containing nitrogen-based reactive species generated from the material gas, the pressure is set higher than a pressure at which the mean free path of ions in the plasma is shorter than the Debye length.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 2, 2016Publication date: May 23, 2019Inventors: Hirotomo Itagaki, Hajime Sakakita, Jaeho Kim, Mutsuo Ogura, Xuelun Wang, Shingo Hirose

Patent number: 9721733Abstract: The present invention is a method for forming a porous film of an inorganic substance on a base material by spraying fine particles of an inorganic substance on the base material such that the fine particles are bonded to the base material and bonded to one another, in which the fine particles include at least two kinds of fine particles which are small-size particles and large-size particles having different average particle sizes. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a film forming method for forming a porous film formed of an inorganic substance without requiring a baking step, a body having a film formed thereon that is produced by the film forming method, and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the body having a film formed thereon.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 2012Date of Patent: August 1, 2017Assignees: NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD.Inventors: Shingo Hirose, Yukitoshi Ezuka, Jun Akedo, Shunsuke Kunugi, Satoshi Yoguchi, Setsuo Nakajima

Publication number: 20060219716Abstract: The invention provides an improved overhead baggage rack for a railway car. An overhead baggage rack unit 50 provided at a shoulder portion between a side frame 10 and a roof frame 20 of a railway car comprises an overhead baggage rack body 100 and a pole 200. The overhead baggage rack body 100 comprises a front edge portion 110, a rear edge portion 112 and a transverse member 114 formed by mechanically cutting out portions from an extruded aluminum alloy member, and thereby, an opening 130 is formed to which an overhead baggage rack panel is attached. A grip bar 150 is cut and formed to an area lower than the front edge portion 110. The front edge portion 110 is fixed via a bracket 160 to the pole 200.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 2, 2005Publication date: October 5, 2006Inventors: Seijiro Todori, Yasunori Tanii, Kanji Nishiyama, Shingo Hirose

Publication number: 20060207471Abstract: The invention provides a passenger cabin of a railway vehicle with increased interior space. A multifunction module 200 including an air conditioning duct 220, an illuminating apparatus 250, a speaker 260 and the like is disposed on a connecting portion (shoulder portion) between a roof structure 30 and a side structure 50 of a railway vehicle. A baggage rack bracket 310 and a hand strap bracket 350 are passed through and hung from the roof structure 30. A connecting block connecting the brackets 310 and 350 at the upper portions and being fixed to the air conditioning duct 220 is attached to the roof structure 20. Since the multifunction module 200 is fixed only to the roof structure 30, the attaching operation thereof is facilitated. Since the air conditioning duct 220 is disposed on the shoulder portion, the height of the interior space of the vehicle at the center in the width direction of the car body can be increased.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2006Publication date: September 21, 2006Inventors: Seijiro Todori, Yasunori Tanii, Kanji Nishiyama, Shingo Hirose
