  • Patent number: 10079087
Abstract: In the dither current power supply control method, in order to prevent occurrence of a difference between the target average current and the detected average current, which is caused when a medium current (I0) between a dither large current (I2) and a dither small current (I1) and a waveform average (Ia) of the dither current are different from each other depending on a response time difference (a?b) between a rise time (b) and a fall time (a) of the dither current, negative feedback control is carried out by using a command medium current corresponding to the target average current corrected by a correction parameter based on experimentally measured data, thereby suppressing occurrence of a transient fluctuation error by the negative feedback control, so that a highly precise and stable load current is acquired.

  • Patent number: 9972928
Abstract: A plurality of pairs of contact terminals accommodated in a card edge connector include back surface members having one ends to which lead wires are connected and another ends being folded to form movable members. Until a circuit board of a control unit is inserted, end portions of the movable members are held in conductive contact with each other. When the circuit board is inserted, the movable members are separated and brought into contact with copper foil terminals. When the circuit board is removed, the movable members plastically deform and are opposed to each other with an initial gap smaller than a thickness dimension of the circuit board. With this arrangement, wiring inspection may be performed with opposed movable members shorted to one another, but for subsequent circuit board insertion at the second or subsequent insertion and removal of the circuit board, the movable members will be slightly separated by a gap to suppress slide abrasion during insertion.

  • Patent number: 8469336
Abstract: A valve assembly in which, even if a housing corrodes, application of a radially inward compression force to a heat-resistant filter can be suppressed. The valve assembly includes the housing having a gas path and a valve shaft hole, a valve having a valve shaft movably inserted in the valve shaft hole and also having a valve element connected to the valve shaft, and tubular heat-resistant filters installed between the inner peripheral surface of the valve shaft hole and the outer peripheral surface of the valve shaft and capturing dust in exhaust gas. The housing is made of cast iron. The valve assembly further has reinforcement collars installed between the inner peripheral surface of the valve shaft hole and the outer peripheral surfaces of the heat-resistant filters. The reinforcement collars have higher rigidity than the heat-resistant filters. At least the surfaces of the reinforcement collars are made of a high corrosion resistant material having higher corrosion resistance than the cast iron.
