  • Patent number: 12160150
Abstract: To provide a rotary electrical machine having a novel configuration adapted to provide axial downsizing of the rotary electrical machine when connecting an electrical connection conductor to a welded side terminal section of a coil end of a segment coil. The rotary electrical machine includes: a stator core 21 including slots radially extended in a radial fashion; a plurality of segment coils 34 radially stacked and accommodated in the slot 37; and a neutral point bus-bar 33 laid on a side of a welded coil end of the segment coil 34 and including a connection wiring section and a connection section for interconnecting the different segment coils. In a state where the segment coils 34 are mounted, at least a part of the connection wiring section is laid in a radial space RS radially defined by the segment coils 34.

  • Patent number: 11409699
Abstract: A drive recorder operation system includes a drive recorder and an operation server. The drive recorder generates index information respectively corresponding to a plurality of video files, sends the index information to the operation server, and prohibits a video file from being overwritten based on an overwrite prohibition command from the operation server. The operation server receives an instruction designating index information and sends an overwrite prohibition command including the designated index information to the drive recorder.

  • Publication number: 20210384805
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a stator of a rotating electric machine that can reduce the size of a coil end. According to the invention, a method for manufacturing a stator, which includes a stator core and a stator coil to which ends of a plurality of substantially U-shaped segment coils inserted into slots of the stator core are connected, includes twisting the end of the segment coil using a twisting jig 600. In the twisting, in a state in which the end of the segment coil is inserted into a groove portion 610 of the twisting jig, an edge portion 620 forming a part of the groove portion 610 is used as a twisting fulcrum, and a load is applied to the segment coil to forma press trace of the edge portion on the segment coil.

  • Patent number: 9422904
Abstract: Vehicle engine starting apparatus of automatically restarting an engine by quickly responding to a subsequent engine restart request even if engagement of a pinion gear with a ring gear is failed in the process of a stop of the engine. Pinion gear is displaced such that the pinion gear is engaged with the ring gear at a timing (when rotation speed of the pinion gear and rotation speed of the engine are nearly synchronized with each other with a signal from a control device when a predetermined condition is met. Where an engagement sensor has transmitted a signal “H” indicating engagement failure, when restart of the engine becomes necessary, the pinion gear is displaced toward a ring gear side by the control device.
