  • Patent number: 7401748
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily attach a sound producing mechanism to a spool of a spinning reel and to compactly dispose the spool. An annular attachment member to which a hitting member of a sound producing mechanism is attached is detachably/reattachably mounted and fixed in an attachment recess that is formed to be annularly concaved in an inner peripheral portion of a bobbin trunk. Here, the annular attachment member is completely mounted in the attachment recess that is formed to be annularly concaved. Accordingly, it is possible to easily attach the attachment member to the attachment recess, and it is also possible to uniformly maintain the weight balance of a spool in the peripheral direction. In addition, here, the attachment member is mounted in the attachment recess. Thus, the attachment member is not likely to protrude backward from a rear end portion of the bobbin trunk, compared to the conventional configuration.

  • Publication number: 20080149750
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily fix a cover member to a reel unit of a spinning reel while exposure of a fixing member to a rear portion of the reel unit is reduced. A reel unit includes a reel body, a lid member, a reel unit protection member, and an intermediate member. The reel body includes an accommodation space that opens to a lateral side, a first insertion hole that is communicated with the accommodation space, and a second insertion hole that is disposed on the opposite side of the first insertion hole and is communicated with the accommodation space. The lid member is detachably/reattachably mounted to the reel body so as to cover the accommodation space. The reel unit protection member is mounted from backward so as to cover the reel body and the lid member, and includes a boss that passes through the first insertion hole from a rear portion of the reel body and protrudes toward the accommodation space.

  • Publication number: 20070268305
Abstract: An image processor and an image processing method for a synthetic aperture radar searching for a target are provided. A high resolution processing unit performs high resolution processing up to an area equivalent to a small target or smaller to thereby acquire information held by the small target. Next, a maximum value filter processing unit develops the information of the small target acquired through the high resolution processing in one pixel of low resolution processing with a maximum value. Then, a display unit displays the minimum area of the low resolution processing as one pixel on a screen. Since the information originally held by the small target can be displayed without damaging it as described above, it is easily distinguishable from the background information, enabling to improve the detection capability as a radar.

  • Patent number: 6995229
Abstract: The present invention relates to a polymer having a melt tension (MT (g)) substantially the same as or lower than that of a conventional polymer which is substantially the same as the polymer in the recurring unit of the main skeleton, the molecular weight, the molecular weight distribution and the crystallinity, and having a flow activation energy (Ea (KJ/mol)) larger than a value obtained by adding 5 KJ/mol to the Ea value of the conventional polymer. A preferred example of the polymer is a branched polyolefin comprising 50 to 100% by mol of recurring units derived from ethylene and 0 to 50% by mol of recurring units derived from an ?-olefin of 3 to 20 carbon atoms and having the following properties: the flow activation energy (Ea (KJ/mol)) and the ?-olefin content (C (% by weight)) satisfy a specific relation, and the melt tension (MT (g)) and the melt flow rate (MFR (g/10 min)) satisfy a specific relation. This branched polyolefin is excellent in moldability and mechanical strength.
