    Abstract: A method and arrangement for enabling access to a home device in a private network from a remote device located outside the private network. The private network includes a multimedia gateway connected to a multimedia service network. A session invite message is sent from the remote device to the multimedia gateway. In response, connection parameters of a residential gateway in the private network are sent to the remote device, which are associated with the selected home device if a home device identification was included in the received message, or with a proxy function in the multimedia gateway capable of providing home device information, if no such identification was included in the received message. In this way, home devices in the private network can be easily and safely accessed remotely.

    Abstract: To present a more attractive image showing a product before a customer for advertisement, a display control system is provided. This system is supposed to be deployed in different sites of a store, shop or shopping mall. The system includes: a server for storing image data representing a plurality of images corresponding to advertisement contents; a controller connected to the server; and a plurality of displays and cameras arranged near an exhibited product for advertisement. When a person is near the exhibited product, a plurality of cameras capture the person from different angles, captured image data is sent to the controller and processed and analyzed by the controller. Then, the controller infers the person's interest, selects a more suitable image to the person based on the person's interest, and transmits image data to any of the displays so as to change a displayed image according to the person's interest.

The MSIN part of the IMSI is later used as the user identification information by the account managing server 40, which is operated by the SHO, in order to identify the user of the mobile phone 20. The mediation server 30 forwards the account request from the CCE 10 to the account managing server 40 of the SHO identified by the operator identification information. The account managing server 40 generates the MCIM that is associated with the user identified by the user identification information.
