The transparent top board portion is formed of a transparent member and arranged above the top board portion. The display portion indicates a status of the amplifier and is arranged under the transparent top board portion with a display surface thereof facing upward.

The acoustic apparatus includes at least a pair of speaker units, a speaker box that contains the pair of speaker units, which have sound-generating sides facing away from each other, and a support member that supports the speaker box, wherein the speaker box is spaced from an installation surface because a baffle plate holding at least one of the speaker units has a circumferential edge supported by the support member.
