Abstract: A centrifugal fan 1 includes a plurality of blades 44 having a three-dimensional shape, a main plate 43, an annular side plate 45, and a motor 41 for rotating the blades 44 via the main plate 43. One end face of each blade 44 in the span direction is fixed to the main plate 43, such that the blades 44 are spaced at predetermined intervals along the circumferential direction. The annular side plate 45 is provided at the other end faces of the blades 44 in the span direction. The radial length of a trailing edge 44b of each blade 44 at a part close to the main plate 43 is set longer than the radial length of the trailing edge 44b of each blade 44 at a part close to the side plate 45.
