  • Patent number: 11987714
Abstract: A usual ink composition can be expected to improve ink viscosity to a certain degree, but when used for a glycol ether-based ink recently required, an increase in viscosity in preparing the ink cannot be suppressed. In addition, there is unknown a copper phthalocyanine pigment composition which can satisfy both such an improvement in ink viscosity and resolubility as printability which is important for the glycol ether-based ink. In this situation, a problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a copper phthalocyanine pigment composition having low viscosity and excellent resolubility in a glycol ether-based ink. It was found that when a copper phthalocyanine pigment is combined with a specified copper phthalocyanine acid derivative, a pigment composition having significantly low viscosity when formed into a glycol ether-based ink, and good familiarity with the ink can be produced, leading to the achievement of the present invention.

  • Patent number: 10526491
Abstract: Provided is a quinacridone pigment composition for coloring plastics, particularly engineering plastics. The quinacridone pigment composition has high transparency and high color strength and also has high heat resistance, so that discoloration during molding of a resin (a color change of a molded plate) is very small. Also provided are a masterbatch and a resin molded product that contain the pigment composition. The pigment composition for coloring resins contains a quinacridone pigment and a pigment that absorbs fluorescence in a wavelength range of 500 to 600 nm. The inventors have found that, when the pigment composition is used as a colorant of a resin molded product subjected to a high-temperature thermal history, the change in color, i.e., the discoloration, of the resin molded product obtained is very small. Thus, the present invention has been completed.

  • Patent number: 10040942
Abstract: A process for the production of a quinacridone pigment composition is provided. For use in environmentally friendly inks, the pigment composition offers high chroma, high color strength, and high dispersion stability. Also provided is a water- or alcohol-based environmentally friendly ink that contains a quinacridone pigment composition obtained through this process. According to the inventors' research, adding a quinacridone derivative to a quinacridone solid solution in two different steps in a process, during and after treatment for the control of crystals, gives the resulting pigment composition the color characteristics of high color strength and high chroma, as well as high dispersion stability. The present invention is based on these findings.

  • Patent number: 8950283
Abstract: A method forms a concave constituting a ball return passage directly on an inner circumferential surface of a nut blank by plastic working without damaging a die. Letter S shaped concaves are formed on an inner circumferential surface of a nut blank, by pressing by use of a die having a blank holder, a cam driver, cam sliders, and a cylindrical member. The cam driver has inclined surfaces having the same angle of inclination as the cam sliders. The cam sliders have letter S shaped convexes corresponding to the letter S shaped concaves, and are held by through holes, respectively. When the cam driver is pressed from the top thereof, the cam sliders move outwardly in the radial direction, respectively, and the letter S shaped convexes push the inner circumferential surface of the nut blank for plastic deformation.

  • Publication number: 20130220047
Abstract: A ball screw having a groove-shaped ball return passage has improved durability, ball circulation performance, and working performance. The ball screw is provided with: a threaded shaft having a spiral groove at its outer circumferential surface; a nut having a spiral groove which faces the spiral groove at its inner circumferential surface; a plurality of balls rotatably loaded in a spiral raceway constituted by the two spiral grooves; and a ball circulation groove which returns and circulates the balls from an end point to a start point of the raceway. Further, the edge portions constituted by the two side surfaces of the ball circulation groove and the surfaces which continue from the side surfaces and extend in the axial direction are formed to be rounded.

  • Publication number: 20130139628
Abstract: A method forms ball recirculation and rolling grooves at an inner circumferential surface of a nut for ball screw use in a state free of deviation in axial, circumferential, and radial nut directions. A flange end face is formed with a concave part, then an inner circumferential surface of a blank and an end face and outer circumferential surface of the flange are continuously ground. Due to this, the coaxiality of the blank inner circumferential surface and the flange outer circumferential surface, and the perpendicularity of the flange end face to the blank inner circumferential surface, are made smaller. The blank is plastically worked to form the ball recirculation groove and is cut to form the ball rolling groove while using the concave part as a phase reference, the end face as an axial direction reference, and the outer circumferential surface as a radial direction reference.

  • Patent number: 8196486
Abstract: Since it is configured that an female screw groove 2a of a nut 2 extends round an axis of the nut 2 through 360 degrees or less and a sectional shape thereof taken at right angles to the groove contains a circular arc portion 2c of 90 degrees or less and a rectilinear portion 2d which connects to the circular arc portion at a bottom of the groove and extends in parallel with the axis, after molding, a lower mold LM and an upper mold UM can simply be removed from a barrel mold BM in the axial direction, and consequently, the necessity of provision of a parting plane which passes through the thread groove 2a can be obviated, thereby making it possible to easily form the thread groove 2a which is free from a difference in level or a stepped portion.

  • Patent number: 7530282
Abstract: A ball screw apparatus of a screw shaft circulating-type includes a nut having a first groove formed in an inner peripheral surface thereof, a screw shaft having a second groove formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a plurality of rolling elements provided between the first and second grooves. A circulating groove is formed in the screw shaft so as to interconnect opposite ends in a spiral direction of the second groove of the screw shaft to form a closed-loop ball endless circulating passageway. Processing relief portions for preventing a processing tool of a rotary drive-type from interfering with the circulating groove when processing the second groove of the screw shaft by the processing tool are provided respectively at the opposite end portions in the spiral direction of the second groove of the screw shaft.

  • Publication number: 20080078264
Abstract: The outside diameter ? of a land portion 1c is set to be larger than a BCD. Thus, when a ball 3 goes into a deep portion (a portion close to an axis line O of a screw shaft 1), the land portion 1c of the screw shaft 1 guides the ball. Consequently, the circulation of the ball 3 can smoothly be performed.

  • Publication number: 20060156844
Abstract: Since a mounting member 11 has a cylindrical surface 11h to be engaged with a cylindrical hole 4d, it is possible to position a mounting member 11 and a nut 4 by only engaging the cylindrical surface 11h with the cylindrical hole 4d. Accordingly, it is possible to easily perform an assembly. In addition, when a force is applied to the mounting member 11 from the guide groove 1e of the case 1 in the rotational direction of the nut 4, the force is partially applied to the cylindrical hole 4d. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a load applied to screws 12 that fix the mounting member 11, and to use thinner screws.
