  • Patent number: 12378900
Abstract: An exhaust system includes, a first outer diffuser, a second outer diffuser, an exhaust casing covering an outer circumferential side of the first outer diffuser, an exhaust chamber covering an outer side of the second outer diffuser, a first annular seal device, a second annular seal device, and a third annular seal device. The first annular seal device is disposed to suppress an inflow of an exhaust gas into a space between the first outer diffuser and the exhaust casing, and the second annular seal device is disposed to suppress an inflow of the exhaust gas into a space between the second outer diffuser and the exhaust chamber. The third annular seal device is disposed between the first annular seal device and the second annular seal device, and is disposed to suppress a flow of the exhaust gas to a side of the first annular seal device.

  • Patent number: 12084989
Abstract: A curvature adjustment method is applied to an arc-shaped stator vane segment having a plurality of stator blades disposed side by side on the outer peripheral side of an arc-shaped inner coupling member. In the curvature adjustment method, a jig preparation step, a jig mounting step, and a curvature adjustment step are executed. In the jig preparation step, a curvature adjustment jig and a distance adjustment mechanism are prepared. In the jig mounting step, with the distance adjustment mechanism placed on the inner peripheral side of the inner coupling member, a first end is fixed at a first position of the inner coupling member, and a second end is fixed at a second position of the inner coupling member. In the curvature adjustment step, the distance adjustment mechanism is operated after the jig mounting step to change the distance between the first and second ends of the curvature adjustment jig.

  • Patent number: 9790066
Abstract: A rotating shaft lifting jig is inserted between a rotating shaft of a rotary machine and a bearing stand surrounding the outer periphery of at least a lower part of the rotating shaft. The jig for lifting the rotating shaft includes: a pedestal which is supported on an inner peripheral surface of the bearing stand; and a jack part which is disposed between the pedestal and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft and extends/contracts in the radial direction. The radial dimension of the pedestal is smaller than a radial clearance between the rotating shaft and the bearing stand. A rotor receiver having a cylindrical surface conforming to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft is provided between the jack part and the rotating shaft. The rotor receiver is provided with a plurality of support members in directions different from the direction of the jack part.

  • Publication number: 20100220944
Abstract: To reduce the amount of lubricating oil released (supplied) between the outer circumferential surface of a rotation shaft and the inner circumferential surfaces of pads, so as to reduce the churning loss, and to reduce the bearing loss. The journal bearing comprises: a plurality of pads arranged radially inside a lower half-carrier ring at intervals, for receiving load from the rotation shaft; and a plurality of pad stops respectively arranged at the circumferentially opposite ends of the respective pads, for restraining circumferential movements of the respective pads, wherein, among these pad stops, the pad stops other than the pad stop located in the most forward position in the axial rotation direction of the rotation shaft have functions as oiling nozzles for releasing lubricating oil between the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft and the inner circumferential surfaces of the pads.
