Abstract: A sandal having first and second strap tabs extending from a strap fixed to the sole of a sandal; the first strap tab is positioned between a big toe and an adjacent toe and the second strap tab is positioned between a little toe and an adjacent toe when a user's foot is inserted between the strap and the sole. The sandal embodying the invention fits well to the user's foot and can be worn while participating in sport activities such as running, walking over rough terrain with ease and comfort.
