    Abstract: An air-conditioning ventilation system of the present invention includes one or a plurality of air circulation devices configured to circulate air among a plurality of rooms, one or a plurality of air-conditioning apparatuses provided in at least one of the plurality of rooms, a human detector provided in each of the plurality of rooms and configured to detect a human present in a corresponding one of the rooms in which the human detector is provided, an optimal air-conditioning ventilation operation estimating unit configured to estimate presence or absence of any human in each of the plurality of rooms, or a human presence ratio representing a number of humans present per unit time in each of the plurality of rooms, on a basis of a past result of detection by the human detector, and a controller configured to control the air circulation device and the air-conditioning apparatus on a basis of a result of estimation by the optimal air-conditioning ventilation operation estimating unit.

The yoke portion has grooves at regular intervals in an inner circumferential surface thereof and extending in an axial direction of the stator, the grooves each having a V shape such that a cross section thereof perpendicular to the axial direction opens toward an inner side of the stator core. Each tooth has, at an outer-circumferential-side end thereof, a fitting portion whose cross section perpendicular to the axial direction is formed in a wedge shape so as to allow the tooth to be fitted along the corresponding groove.

After the target indoor temperature is corrected by using the temperature correction amount in the room controller, when the operation capacity of the compressor controlled by the operation control unit is smaller than or equal to a preset operation capacity, the correction amount setting unit resets the temperature correction amount to be decreased by an adjustment amount.

    Abstract: In an air-conditioning system, during precooling or preheating control, a setting temperature is controlled such that a first temperature difference between the setting temperature and an indoor temperature is not less than a temperature difference at which a compressor performs operation, and the setting temperature is controlled to be changed to a target temperature when a second temperature difference between the indoor temperature and the target temperature is less than the first temperature difference. Since the compressor can be operated in the range from a low capacity to a medium capacity, operation efficiency of the air-conditioning apparatus can be increased, and the energy-saving operation with less power consumption can be realized. Since the operation capacity of the compressor can be readily suppressed with adjustment of the setting temperature, control is facilitated and the precooling control can be incorporated in various types of air-conditioning apparatuses.
