    Abstract: A reinforced substrate is provided for use in molding a composite material. The reinforced substrate has a reinforcing layer having reinforcing fibers extending in a fiber direction that is aligned in a single direction and auxiliary fibers laminated on only one surface of the reinforcing layer so as to extend in only one direction that intersects with the fiber direction. The auxiliary fibers are joined to the reinforcing fibers to hold the reinforcing layer. The auxiliary fibers have a higher tensile elongation at break than do the reinforcing fibers. The reinforcing layer is arranged with fiber bundles of large tows being aligned in an unopened state. The large tows have a higher fiber count of the reinforcing fibers than does a regular tow.

The resin injected into the cavity easily flows in a portion of the cavity 350 where the second region of the reinforcement is placed, compared to a portion of the cavity where the first region of the reinforcement is placed.

At least a portion of the unactivated powdered adhesive that is applied between layers of the laminate is removed using an airflow that flows from one exterior surface of the laminate to an opposite exterior surface of the laminate to form a preform having a first region in which the activated adhesive is impregnated in the laminate, and a second region in which a content density of the activated adhesive is less than that in the first region.

The other station receiving the spoofed information receives the rest of the packet with the designated rate during the interval designated by the value of (packet length)/(rate). In this case, the packet length and the rate are not those of actually transmitted packet so that this packet is discarded.
