  • Patent number: 6056509
Abstract: A hollow portion is provided on the core of an inner shaft (2) to form an oil feed port (3), a plurality of oil feed holes (4) which are connected with both of the outer peripheral face of the inner shaft (2) within a range (L) of the bearing surface of the inner shaft (2) and the oil feed port (3) are radially provided in a line , and axial oil grooves (5) each of which includes an inner shaft surface side opening portion (4a) of the oil feed hole (4) are provided on the outer peripheral face of the inner shaft to form a contra-rotating bearing device for a contra-rotating propeller which causes the inner shaft (2) and an outer shaft (2) to contra-rotate mutually. In place of the oil grooves, a plurality of concave-convex portions may be formed in the axial direction of a contra-rotating bearing on the inner peripheral face of the bearing and circular portions may be provided on both axial ends of the concavo-convex portions to form the contra-rotating bearing device for a contra-rotating propeller.

  • Patent number: 5114836
Abstract: A method of developing a silver halide photographic material is disclosed. The method comprises a step of supplying a developer to a surface of an exposed silver halide photographic material, which is transferred by at least one pair of rollers, intermittently at least twice wherein an interval time of each supplying is not more than 10 seconds and the amount of developer retained in the light-sensitive material ranges from 50 to 250 ml/m.sup.2 . The method provides a compact developing system, which is free from uneven development with good grainess of the image.

  • Patent number: 5012266
Abstract: The invention provides an apparatus for processing a sheet-shaped silver halide photographic light sensitive material having a hydrophilic colloidal layer on a substrate without dipping it in a processing solution in a tank. In the apparatus, there are provided a conveying device having a pair of conveying belts disposed to face each other with a gap, wherein the gap is made so that the pair of conveying belts hold the developing solution therebetween. Accordingly, the conveying device conveys the sheet-shaped material with the developing solution between the pair of conveying belts.

  • Patent number: H1263
Abstract: An image forming method and its apparatus are disclosed. The method comprises exposing a light-sensitive silver halide photographic material having a support and hydrophilic colloid layers provided on both sides of the support and developing the exposed material with a developing solution without immersing it in the developing solution. The apparatus comprises (a) a pair of rollers for transporting the material in a downward direction and (b) a pair of nozzles for feeding the developing solution to both sides of the material, the nozzles being provided above the rollers.
