  • Patent number: 10826346
Abstract: A stator for a rotating electrical machine includes a stator core, two insulators, and conductive wires forming coils. At least one of the insulators includes guide grooves and through-grooves. The through-grooves include at least two first grooves each of which divides at least two of the guide grooves. Each of the first grooves has a recess that is recessed in the circumferential direction with respect to the rest of the first groove at a portion that divides one of the at least two guide grooves divided by the first groove. The conductive wires extending through the corresponding through-grooves and outward in the radial direction of the insulator base are guided in the circumferential direction by the corresponding guide grooves. The conductive wires extend through the recesses in the corresponding first grooves.

  • Patent number: 10014756
Abstract: An overlapping portion of an insulating portion formed in an annular shape is held between a workbench having a linear projection and an ultrasonic horn having a circular projection with at least part of the linear projection and of the circular projection opposed to each other and ultrasonically welded. In the ultrasonic welding, even though the ultrasonic horn under ultrasonic vibration rotates on the overlapping portion of the insulating portion, the area in the overlapping portion held between the linear projection and the circular projection with at least part of the linear projection and of the circular projection opposed to each other is not reduced after ultrasonic vibration is applied to the ultrasonic horn.

  • Patent number: 9853514
Abstract: Annular portions of a first interphase insulting sheet have void portions. After a U-phase coil is inserted in wave winding, bridge portions are mounted to slots for an adjacent V-phase coil. The void portions are formed at positions corresponding to the bridge portions that are disposed between any two of coil ends. The annular portions are stretched to form a generally pentagon shape, which facilitates mounting of the V-phase coil. The void portions formed at positions that do not need insulation will not impair the insulating function of the first interphase insulating sheet. The void portions formed in alignment with extension of the bridge portions will not cause a drop in the strength of the annular portions.

  • Publication number: 20140371280
Abstract: DPN is an intractable and tormenting neurovascular and dermal disorder. Two patients of DPN of stocking-glove pattern were treated with SAG for treatment of microvascuar coagulopathy, induction of vasodilation and possible induction of angioneogenesis; with ALC for ATP generation through mitochondrial beta-oxidation of fats; and with ALA for antioxidative stress to prevent precipitation of vascular damage and to prevent DPN recurrence. SAG+ALC was to cure maceration. Thus, SAG+ALC+ALA was effective in mitigating and curing their distresses. It shall be one of the logical and practical means of prompt DPN therapy not only to alleviate DPN but also to lead to “cure.

  • Publication number: 20140127055
Abstract: An interphase insulating sheet for a rotating electric machine includes a pair of insulating portions and a plurality of bridge pieces. The insulating portions perform interphase insulation between coil ends of coils protruding from both ends of a stator core. Each insulating portion has bridge bases. The bridge pieces are each inserted in one of slots. Each bridge piece extends from a bridge base of one of the insulating portions to a bridge base of the other insulating portion. Each insulating portion has an annular shape having stacked parts that include a bridge base and overlap with each other by a predetermined margin. In the circumferential direction of each insulating portion, the dimension of the stacked parts is set to be less than or equal to the dimension of the bridge pieces.

  • Publication number: 20130004345
Abstract: A securing means for an insulating member that is advantageous in improving the efficiency of assembly of a motor-driven compressor is provided. Phase wires extending from an end face of a stator core, which is closer to a compression mechanism, are bound to form a phase wire bundle. The distal ends of the phase wires are electrically connected together, so that a wire connecting portion is formed at the distal end of the phase wire bundle. The wire connecting portion, which serves as a neutral point, is coated with an insulating tube made of insulating plastic. The distal end of the insulating tube is sealed. A receiving hole is formed in the cluster block. The insulating tube is fitted in the receiving hole and secured to the cluster block by contacting an inner surface of the receiving hole.
