  • Patent number: 8539674
Abstract: A paddle shift member 20 is positioned to the rear surface side of a wheel lower cover 12 by engaging the paddle shift member 20 to the wheel lower cover 12. The wheel lower cover 12 to which the paddle shift member 20 has been positioned is installed to the rear surface side of a steering wheel main body. Then the paddle shift member 20 is connected to the steering wheel main body by screwing a tapping screw T into the paddle shift 20 via the steering wheel main body from the front surface side of the steering wheel main body to which the wheel lower cover 12 has been installed. According to this method, the paddle shift member 20 is assembled to the steering wheel main body without inverting the core 11.

  • Patent number: 6866497
Abstract: A molding apparatus includes a first die having an exterior forming surface and a second die. When the apparatus is closed, the first and second dies define a cavity. A bulge projects from the exterior forming surface of the first die toward the second die. A core receiving section, or a recess, is formed in the second die. When forming a through hole in a molded product, a first core is provided in the core receiving section. The first core contacts the bulge when the molding apparatus is closed. When a groove is formed on an exterior surface of a molded product by the bulge of the exterior forming surface, a second core is provided in the core receiving position. The second core is separated from the exterior forming surface when the apparatus is closed.

  • Patent number: 6094019
Abstract: The common contact 5a of a power source circuit side relay 2a is connected to the common contact 15a of a motor circuit side relay 12a. The common contact 5b of a power source circuit side relay 2b is connected to the common contact 15b of a motor circuit side relay 12b. And, the switching contacts 6a and 6b, and 16a and 16b of the power source circuit sides relays 2a and 2b and the motor circuit side relays 12a and 12b are tripped in response to relay switching signals provided by an ECU. The power source circuit side relays 2a and 2b are selectively switched, so that the directions of flow of currents in the motor circuits 21 through 24 are changed.

  • Patent number: 4988553
Abstract: A mounting structure of a switching unit according to the present invention is detachably held in a holding aperture of a switching unit-mounting member. The unit comprises an engaging opening formed at an inner surface of the holding aperture and an elastic holding-pawl one end of which is fixed to a side of a case of the unit. The pawl has an engaging portion at a middle portion thereof and a press portion at the other end thereof. The engaging portion confronts the inner surface of the holding aperture to detachably engage with the engaging opening while the unit is held in the holding aperture. The press portion is protruded to an outside of the holding aperture. The pawl has enough elasticity to bend towards the side of the case so that the engaging portion is disengaged from the engaging opening by pressing the press portion in a direction away from the inner surface of the holding aperture.
