  • Publication number: 20240085813
Abstract: A cleaning method of cleaning a solution treatment apparatus for applying a coating solution onto a substrate, the solution treatment apparatus including a holder holding and rotating the substrate; a coating solution supplier; and an inner cup surrounding the holder from a lateral side and having a peripheral edge side upper surface inclining down outward in a radial direction. The cleaning method includes introducing the cleaning solution to the storage chamber via the introduction hole, discharging the cleaning solution from the discharge port and making the cleaning solution flow down along the peripheral edge side upper surface of the inner cup, thereby cleaning away the coating solution adhering to the peripheral edge side upper surface. The discharging in the cleaning discharges the cleaning solution from discharge ports of the inner cup outward in the radial direction and obliquely upward.

  • Patent number: 8262152
Abstract: A pillar structure that reduces bending deformation of the pillar toward the vehicle interior, during a vehicle side collision, by suppressing cross-sectional collapse of the pillar. In a pillar which is erected on a side face of a body of an automobile and in which an outer panel and an inner panel form a closed cross-section, at sites where a collision load is likely to act strongly and locally during a side collision such as a site opposing an end of an impact beam that is provided inside a front door and that extends in the front-rear direction, and a site where a hinge joint is formed, grooves having a substantially square C-shaped cross section are formed in a front face portion, of an outer panel having a hat-shaped cross section, that faces toward the front of the vehicle, and/or a rear face portion thereof that faces toward the rear of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20090236871
Abstract: A vehicle door structure comprises an inner panel (4) provided with an upper hinge (7), a lower hinge (8) and a lock portion (9) that are disposed on sides of a perimeter of a door (1) that are different from each other so as to couple the door (1) and a vehicle body (2). The inner panel (4) is reinforced by two beads (20, 20) that extend so as to substantially connect the lower hinge (8) and the lock portion (9), and that protrude inward in the lateral direction of the vehicle, and by two subsidiary beads (21, 21) that branch from a substantially central portion of a bead (20) and extend toward the upper hinge (7), and that protrude inward in the lateral direction of the vehicle.
