Patent number: 7031208Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a redundant memory cell, an electrode and an output circuit. The redundant memory cell is used instead of a memory cell when the memory cell has a defect. The electrode applys with a test signal for setting a test condition from outside in testing the redundant memory cell. The output circuit outputs data read out of the memory cell and the redundant memory cell. When the test signal is applied to the electrode to set the test condition for the redundant memory cell, the output circuit is configured to output data read out of the redundant memory cell at a level different from a signal level of data readout of the memory cell for output.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2003Date of Patent: April 18, 2006Assignee: Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Norihiko Satani, Shinichiro Sato

Patent number: 6973408Abstract: In a method for protecting a test program, a source file is translated using a primary key owned by a program provider to create a distribution file and a secondary key so that an object file of the test program can be created only when the distribution file and the secondary key are used. Further, in an LSI test method, a test pattern is created from a source file and a scramble format, to decide whether a signal, sent from an LSI, of response to the test pattern is right or wrong based on a test plan.Type: GrantFiled: September 25, 2003Date of Patent: December 6, 2005Assignee: Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventor: Shinichiro Sato

Patent number: 6674707Abstract: In a digital recorded data reproduction which applies PRML signal processing, it is an object to enhance a reproduction signal quality and a playability for an abnormal signal by an offset correction and a phase-interpolation-type digital phase-locked loop. A prescribed frequency band of a reproduction signal is emphasized by a waveform equalizing unit 2, and its output signal is sampled by an asynchronous clock at an analog/digital converter 3. After a sampling signal is subjected to the offset correction, PR equalization is performed by a transversal filter 6 and a tap weighting factor control unit 8 which applies LMS algorithm, and a signal of a regular sampling phase is reproduced from its output signal by a high-order interpolation filter 7 employing a digital phase-locked loop 11. The reproduced signal in a regular phase is demodulated by a maximum likelihood decoder 12, thereby to reproduce digital data recorded on a medium.Type: GrantFiled: November 13, 2001Date of Patent: January 6, 2004Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Youichi Ogura, Koichi Urita, Shinichiro Sato, Yoshimasa Oda

Patent number: 5588096Abstract: An object image display device which changes and displays the image of an object such as an animal or a building. A display displays an object image including a combination of patterns of the parts of the object. The pattern of at least part of the object image displayed on the display is successively changed to a different part pattern of the same at least part in response to the keying operation of keys. Thus, the display displays the object image such that the at least part of the object image successively moves. The user is able to set a shape to which the object image is changed and the timing of changing the object image. Each time the object image is changed, a voice corresponding to the aspect of change of the object image is output sequentially to the outside. Externally inputting a voice into the device changes at least a part of the object image displayed at present in accordance with the contents of the input voice.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 1996Date of Patent: December 24, 1996Assignee: Casio Computer Co., Ltd.Inventors: Shinichiro Sato, Syunsuke Akaza, Hiroyuki Yoshino
