  • Publication number: 20160161737
Abstract: A mount substrate (third substrate) is disposed so as to face a mirror substrate (second substrate) having a larger projection area, and the mirror substrate is bonded to the mount substrate in a region in which an actuator substrate and the mirror substrate do not overlap each other in an in-plane direction (XY direction) parallel to an in-plane direction of a reflective member.

  • Patent number: 8527236
Abstract: A displacement detection apparatus includes a scale 115 on which marks are disposed, first and second position detection sensors 111 and 112 detecting positions of the marks 110, and a processor 409 performing a calculation processing of an output signal from each of the first and second position detection sensors 111 and 112. The first and second position detection sensors 111 and 112 are disposed at a distance L from each other to be movable relative to the scale 115. The processor 409 calculates a correction value P? of a mark pitch P of the marks 110 using the distance L, a first time TPK required for K marks of the marks 110 to pass a detection position, and a second time TL required for a specific mark of the marks 110, which are measured at the same time of the first time TPK, to move the distance L.

  • Patent number: 8101346
Abstract: There is provided an identification technique that can consistently maintain a set of information specifying a specimen through all the processes from the amplification process to the detection process of a specific sequence. A base sequence incorporating as a set of decodable information an individual code imparted to the specimen is disposed in an amplifiable region to form an identifier; the identifier is amplified together with the specimen and the presence of the identifier in the amplification product is detected; thus, the individual code of the specimen in the amplification product can be recognized, which specimen the amplification product is derived from can be easily identified, and whether or not the amplification has been carried out satisfactorily can also be simultaneously tested.

  • Patent number: 6789865
Abstract: This invention provides a low-cost, economical printing apparatus and printing system. For example, characteristic information of a printhead which is described, printed, adhered, or formed on a printhead or its accessory (e.g., a packaging paper box) in a format identifiable to human or an electronic device is man-machine-interactively inputted to a host or electronically inputted to the host by a barcode reader or the like. The printing apparatus discriminates whether or not a command sent from the host via an interface is a command that includes characteristic information of the printhead, and control is made to write the characteristic information of the print head into a non-volatile memory (EEPROM) in accordance with the discriminating result. The printhead is controlled in accordance with the characteristic information written into the non-volatile memory to execute a print process.

  • Patent number: 6119184
Abstract: A locking system has a double locking mechanisms such that when a main body of an electronic equipment and an extension device are combined, an operability similar to that in case of using a single equipment is maintained and the combination is not separated at the time of carrying and which enables a more intelligent control by a built-in MPU and in which a high reliability is obtained. In an electronic equipment system in which a main body and an extension device are freely combined, an open-close-lever which is interlocked with movable claws is arranged on the side surface of the extension device, retaining holes to fix the movable claws are formed in the main body, an electronic locking unit comprising a mechanism having a cam portion adapted to lock the opening or closing of the lever and an electronic motor for making the cam operative is installed in the extension device. The movable claws couple and fix the main body and the extension device by closing the open-close-lever.
