  • Patent number: 9834110
Abstract: A movement control device for a vehicle comprises a yaw-acceleration calculation portion to calculate a target yaw acceleration of the vehicle, a turn-back steering determination portion to determine whether a turn-back steering of the vehicle is conducted or not, and a drive-force control portion to a drive force of the vehicle. The control of the drive-force control portion is configured such that when the turn-back steering is not conducted, the amount of drive-force decreasing is increased with a specified increasing rate as the target yaw acceleration increases, the specified increasing rate becoming smaller as the target yaw acceleration increases, and when the turn-back steering is conducted, the drive force is increased in a case in which an absolute value of a steering angle of the vehicle decreases.

  • Patent number: 6197885
Abstract: Vulcanized rubber parts suitable to dampen vibrations generated by mechanical devices are disclosed. The parts are based on a cured composition comprising one or a mixture of a diolefin polymers, e.g., natural rubber, a halogenated copolymer of a C4 to C7 isomonoolefin, e.g., isobutylene, and a para-alkylstyrene, filler and a curing system. The vulcanized parts exhibit improved aging and high temperature resistance and reduced deterioration of dynamic properties after long term exposure to high temperatures.

  • Patent number: 6040524
Abstract: A printed circuit board and video switcher board containing the circuit board including a first dielectric lamina having opposed surfaces and a first layer deposited on one of the surfaces which has of a plurality of first layer signal lines on one of the surfaces. A plurality of first ground areas of defined width are arranged between the first layer signal lines such that each of the first layer signal lines has one of the first ground areas on a side thereof so that none of the first layer signal lines is immediately adjacent to another first layer signal line. A second substantially uninterrupted layer on the other surface of the first lamina forming a second ground area which is substantially coextensive with the other surface. At least two holes extend through the first lamina between the first and second ground areas and each of the holes has openings at the first ground areas and at the second ground area.

  • Patent number: 5203584
Abstract: A suspension system of a vehicle which judges the direction of a damping force of a shock absorber of damping force characteristic variable type, provided between the sprung member and the unsprung member, either oscillation-stimulating direction or oscillation-restraining direction with respect to vertical osciallation of the sprung member, and it also judges the size of the damping force of the shock absorber. The damping force characteristic of the shock absorber is set higher when it is larger than the predetermined value and it is set lower when it is less than the predertemined value. The predetermined value can be changed according to the road surface, oscillation-restraining energy becomes larger than the oscillation-stimulating energy thereby.
