    Abstract: A management server device disposed at a boundary between an ad-hoc network and a mobile communication network (3G/LTE network) and being provided with a dummy terminal for relaying communication between a first terminal device for directly communicating with other devices belonging to the ad-hoc network and a second terminal device for communicating with a base station connected to the mobile communication network. It is thereby possible to make the mobile communication network and the ad-hoc network seamlessly work in concert while suppressing effects imposed on the mobile communication network.
