  • Publication number: 20160293334
Abstract: A lower electrode (4) can have an uneven surface structure. An upper electrode (6) can also have the uneven surface structure. A projecting portion of the upper electrode (6) projecting to the lower electrode side is positioned in a gap between projecting portions of the lower electrode (4) and the lower electrode (4) includes Cu as a main component. Young's moduli of a substrate (1), a stress adjustment layer (2), and the lower electrode (4) have a specific relation. Also, corner portions of radii (R1) of curvature positioned inside a projecting portion (4b) have a specific relation.

  • Patent number: 8223275
Abstract: A projector includes a projecting unit that projects a calibration image containing a plurality of types of pattern images having different shapes, a storing unit that stores correction data showing a correction value for each of the pattern images, a selecting unit that receives selection of a pattern image selected by a user from the pattern images, and a correcting unit that corrects distortion of an image projected by the projecting unit based on the correction value corresponding to the selection.

  • Patent number: 7693895
Abstract: A network device comprises a Web service provider unit. In order to provide a client in a network with a service to display a list of multiple images stored in a predetermined storage area, the client having a function as a Web browser, the Web service provider unit sends the client in response to a request from the client a markup language file described in a predetermined markup language. The Web service provider unit includes a layer configuration unit and a Web program generator. The layer configuration unit configures as an element included in the markup language file at least one layer having a visibility attribute that defines whether or not the layer will be displayed on the client and assigns each of the multiple images to one of the layer. The Web program generator generates a Web program that operates on the client and sends the Web program to the client.

  • Publication number: 20070209016
Abstract: A technology to input a character without a keyboard is provided. A character input screen 400 for performing character input is displayed on a display device. On this character input screen 400 is provided an input character selection field 510, with the characters displayed in the input character selection field 510 being cyclically switched. When the user instructs character input, the character currently displayed in the input character selection field 510 is acquired as the character for input.

  • Patent number: 7257626
Abstract: Since an MIB file present in a network device and having the structure of MIB data is expressed in the ASN1 format, the MIB file is not flexibly modified by a user. A management-information database-structure definition file converter unit 22 converts MIB files 21a, 21b . . . having the MIB data structures of MIB databases 12a, 12b, . . . mounted on the network devices 10a, 10b, . . . into files in a tag-structured format. Specifically, the management-information database-structure definition file converter unit 22 converts MIB files 21a, 21b, . . . into MIB files 23a, 23b . . . in a tag-structured format (XML format). Using the MIB files 23a, 23b, . . . in the XML format, a network device management tool 24 manages the MIB databases 12a, 12b . . . of the respective network devices 10, 10b . . .

  • Publication number: 20070143308
Abstract: A network device comprises a Web service provider. In order to cause a client having a function as a Web browser in a network to display a series of multiple pictures, the Web service provider sends the client in response to a request from the client a markup language file described in a predetermined markup language. The markup language file includes as elements thereof a plurality of layers corresponding respectively to the series of multiple pictures. The layer has a visibility attribute that defines whether or not the layer will be displayed on the client. The Web service provider includes a Web program generator that generates a Web program that operates on the client and appends the Web program to the markup language file. The Web program causes the client to implement a first function whereby the visibility attributes of the plurality of layers are modified to switch the picture displayed on the client without communicating with the Web service provider.

  • Patent number: 7024421
Abstract: If the definition of one MIB tree structure is dispersed across a plurality of MIB files, a desired object ID cannot be acquired without sequentially searching a several MIB files when the object ID is searched for. A management device includes a file linking unit linking a plurality of management-information database structure definition files (MIB files). The file linking unit reads header portions of a plurality of MIB files, learns the connection relationship of the plurality of MIB files from the read content, determines the order of linking from the learned connection relationship, and links the plurality of MIB files while reorganizing the content of each of the MIB files, thereby obtaining a single file MIB (linked MIB file).
