  • Publication number: 20090304800
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a dry coating process that can produce a dry-coated preparation in a large amount. A large amount of dry-coated preparation can be produced more efficiently, than by prior-art processes, by a process in which a material containing core particles and a dry binder (lauric acid, myristic acid, or the like) is kneaded in a twin-screw kneader to produce dry binder particles in which the surfaces of the core particles are dry-coated with the dry binder. Further, a dry coating particle production process in which a material containing core particles, a dry binder, and a coating powder is kneaded in a twin-screw kneader can also produce a large amount of dry-coated preparation more efficiently than prior-art processes.

  • Patent number: 7616406
Abstract: A rotary type actuator comprises an actuator assembly rotatably attached to a base and supporting a head at an end thereof via an arm and supporting a coil at the other end thereof, and a magnetic circuit unit having a yoke and a magnet secured to the base. The latch mechanism has a projection arranged from the inner periphery of the magnet provided in the magnetic circuit toward the rotational center and a latching magnet which produces an attraction force directed toward the latch position caused by leaking magnetic flux between itself and the projection near the latch position where the actuator assembly is in contact with the stopper and holds it at the latch position.

  • Publication number: 20090241343
Abstract: A support arm 27 that is rockably supported on one end of a grip portion 2 and projects from the one end is provided. Both ends of a blade head 3 are supported by the support arm 27 such that the blade head 3 can rock around an axis extending along a reciprocating direction of an inner blade 14, and an axial direction of the rocking motion of the support arm 27 with respect to the grip portion 2 is set in a direction intersecting with the reciprocating direction of the inner blade 14. This configuration achieves an electric shaver capable of increasing the movable range of the blade head while preventing a main body from increasing in size.

  • Patent number: 7557045
Abstract: A wiring layer having an antireflection film of TiN or the like is formed on an insulating film covering a principal surface of a semiconductor substrate, and thereafter an interlayer insulating film including first to third insulating films is formed covering the wiring layer. The first and third insulating films are silicon oxide films formed by PE CVD or the like, and the second insulating film is a coated insulating film of inorganic or organic SOG. A contact hole is formed through the interlayer insulating film in a region corresponding to a partial surface area of the wiring layer, by dry etching using a resist layer as a mask. The coated insulating film, which is likely to be subjected to side etching, is etched under a highly depositive condition not containing N2, and thereafter the lower insulating film is etched under a lowly depositive condition containing N2.

  • Patent number: 7495866
Abstract: A fixing member is spaced from a head actuator by a predetermined distance. A flexible printed circuit board extends at least from the head actuator to the fixing member. The flexible printed circuit board is superposed on the surface of the fixing member. A viscoelastic layer and a protecting layer are overlaid on the surface of the flexible printed circuit board. A clip clips all the fixing member, the flexible printed circuit board, the viscoelastic layer and the protecting layer together. When a head slider is positioned, the head actuator changes its attitude relative to a recording disk. The inertial force based on the rotation causes the first flexible printed circuit board to vibrate when the actuator block stops rotating. The viscoelastic layer serves to absorb this residual vibration of the first flexible printed circuit board. Vibration of the flexible printed circuit board can be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 7457084
Abstract: A hard disk drive includes a base having a bottom plate. A magnetic body is embedded in the bottom plate. The magnetic body is allowed to serve as a magnetic shield in the hard disk drive. The magnetic body is allowed to have a sufficient thickness without requiring an additional space outside the base, since the magnetic body is embedded in the base. The magnetic field directed outside the base can reliably be absorbed at the magnetic body. The magnetic body may be received in a depression defined in the bottom plate. The depression may be formed based on a reduction in the thickness of the bottom plate.
