  • Publication number: 20110014411
Abstract: The present invention disclose a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having the adhesive layer on at least one surface of the substrate, characterized in that in particular the above adhesive layer has a number of trunk-like grooves which lead to the end of the above sheet, and a number of branch-like grooves with closed terminals which branch from the trunk-like grooves. This structure provides effects in that it can be applied easily and smoothly without retaining air when adhering to an adherend and additionally the appearance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is not damaged after adhering.

  • Publication number: 20100092730
Abstract: An adhesive sheet which can be produced without using a release sheet having an uneven surface form and which can prevent or remove air bubbles and blisters and a process for producing the same are provided by an adhesive sheet prepared by laminating a non-permeable adhesive layer in which both surfaces are flat on an uneven surface of a base material having concave and convex parts in which adjacent concave parts are communicated with each other at least on one surface so that the adhesive layer is brought into contact with the convex part of the base material and a process comprising laminating a release sheet provided on a release treated surface with a non-permeable adhesive layer in which both surfaces are flat and a base material having concave and convex parts in which adjacent concave parts are communicated with each other at least on one surface so that the non-permeable adhesive layer is brought into contact with the convex part of the base material.

  • Patent number: 5490573
Abstract: A pair of air inlet openings and a pair of air introduction paths are formed in a leftwardly and rightwardly symmetrical relationship on left and right side portions of a windshield. The air introduction paths are each formed as a smooth continuous curved face in a transverse direction, and a body center side curved face of the air introduction path is formed more moderate relative to an outer side curved face. When surface air flows along the surface of the front face flow on the air introduction paths since the body center side curved faces are moderate, exfoliation occurs less likely, and the external air admission efficiency of the air inlet openings is raised.
