  • Patent number: 11433224
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a hollow protruding implement (1) including a fine hollow protrusion (3) having an opening (3h) of the present invention includes a protrusion forming step of inserting a projecting mold part (11) into a base material sheet (2A) from one face (2D) side thereof, the base material sheet containing a thermoplastic resin, thereby forming a non-penetrated hollow protrusion (3) projecting from another face (2U) side of the base material sheet (2A). Subsequently, an opening forming step is performed in which an opening (3h) that penetrates the hollow protrusion (3) is formed by using a contactless opening forming means disposed on the other face (2U) side of the base material sheet (2A).

  • Publication number: 20150064387
Abstract: One surface of a belt-shaped sheet laminate (10) (continuous diaper strip), in which a plurality of sheets are laminated, is made to abut against a support member (21) having a light passage section (27) through which a laser beam (30) can pass, and the belt-shaped sheet laminate (10) which is in a pressurized state is irradiated, from the support member (21) side via the light passage section (27), with a laser beam (30) having a wavelength that is absorbed by the sheets constituting the sheet laminate (10) and that causes the sheets to generate heat, and thus, the belt-shaped sheet laminate (10) is cut and separated and, simultaneously, cut edge sections created, by the cutting/separation, in the plurality of sheets which are in the pressurized state are fusion-bonded together. Thus, sealed edge sections (4) (side seal sections) are formed by fusion-bonding the edge sections of the plurality of sheets in a state where the sheets' edge sections are superposed.

  • Patent number: 7472577
Abstract: A hair sensor, which can suppress mixing of external noise to a minimal level when a sliding sound of hair is detected, amplified, and output as an audio output in order to estimate surface characteristics and the degree of hair damage, and which can be easily used, is provided. The hair sensor for detecting the sliding sound of the hair in order to estimate hair characteristics includes a sliding element capable of sliding on the hair and a housing which includes a microphone provided therein. The sliding element is erected on a diaphragm. The sliding element and the diaphragm are arranged to allow the sliding sound caused by the sliding element to be transmitted through the diaphragm to the microphone and to attenuate vibration transmitted from outside of the diaphragm to the microphone. The surface of the sliding element is preferably treated to have a roughened surface in order to improve slidability thereof during measurement and measurement accuracy.
