  • Patent number: 11285901
Abstract: An airbag device is moved toward mounting portions and pins are inserted into insertion holes. Slopes at the distal end of each pin come into contact with a locking bar, so that the locking bar rotates and enters a longitudinal groove. When the locking bar approaches a back surface of the longitudinal groove, the locking member is rotated by an urging force of the coil spring and enters lateral grooves. Thus, the airbag device is mounted on a steering wheel body.

  • Patent number: 10173628
Abstract: Provided is an airbag and an airbag apparatus that are easy to manufacture and in which the amount of gas to be released from the inside of the airbag when a passenger in proximity is restrained can be increased. An airbag includes a first panel member provided on an instrument-panel side, and a second panel member provided on a passenger side. The first panel member includes a deploying part that is deployable into a tapered cylindrical shape whose diameter increases toward the distal side thereof. The second panel member has on the proximal side thereof a fitting port whose diameter is smaller than the maximum diameter of the deploying part. In a state where the airbag has been inflated, the fitting port is anchored to the deploying part. If a passenger in proximity is restrained, gas is releasable from a clearance.

Abstract: The metallic sealed double container of the present invention includes an outer container, an inner container, an outer lid for the outer container, and an inner lid for the inner container, all of which being formed from thin metallic sheet. Connection holes are formed in the outer lid and the inner lid by burring, and both end parts of thin-walled pipes are respectively connected while inserted in the connection holes. The inner lid is joined to the inner container, and the outer lid is joined to the outer container, thereby constituting a metallic sealed double container in which the inner container is isolated in the outer container. As a result, the weight of the metallic sealed double container is reduced, the temperature in the inner container can be maintained over long periods of time, and the heat-insulating effect of the resulting sealed double container is high.

  • Patent number: 8540855
Abstract: The water battery device has a sterilizing unit composed of a non-noble metal body and a noble metal body that are overlapped coaxially via an interval keeping member. The sterilizing unit is disposed in a passing water or flowing water or immersed in a stored water. Then, a battery action is generated via the water at a uniform clearance space between the non-noble metal body and the noble metal body. Thereby, metal ions are dissolved in a complete ionization state from the non-noble metal body, thereby giving sterilization effect to the water. A container has a container structure that generates an electric current in the water between the non-noble metal body and the noble metal body and that maintains an oxygen concentration in the water required to continually produce the battery action water.

  • Patent number: 7349330
Abstract: A packet receiver includes a packet memory circuit for temporarily storing received packets in a FIFO (First-In First-Out) fashion in the form of a queue. A read start threshold setting circuit sets, with respect to the length of the queue, a read start threshold at which the received packets should begin to be read out. A read comparing circuit determines whether or not the length of the queue has reached the read start threshold, and outputs a read command signal in accordance with the result of decision. In response to the read command signal, a read control circuit causes the received packets to be read out of the packet memory circuit. The packet receiver reduces the influence of the jitter of a communication network on speech quality. Also, the packet receiver reduces the influence of delays of packets by executing discard processing with the queue.

  • Patent number: 6623424
Abstract: A flexible tube for an endoscope which has excellent insertion operability is disclosed. The flexible tube includes and an elongated flexible tubular body constructed from a core body having a hollow space and an outer cover which is provided over the outer periphery of the core body and formed into a laminated structure having a plurality of layers. The tubular body is formed with a plurality of easily bendable portions which are provided in a spaced apart manner along the longitudinal direction thereof, each of these easily bendable portion being adapted to bend locally with a smaller curvature radius when the flexible tube is bent in one direction. The average interval between the adjacent easily bendable portions is preferably in the range 50-400 mm. The easily bendable portions is formed by locally changing the flexural rigidity of the outer cover.
