A display device includes: edge covers having a plurality of openings in which first electrodes are exposed; and a planarization film having first flat portions, second flat portions, and contact holes. The plurality of openings respectively overlap the first flat portions in a plan view. The second flat portions are located between the plurality of openings in a plan view. Each edge cover overlapping one of the first flat portions in a plan view has, on a second electrode side, a surface that has a first height from a bottom surface of the planarization film on a substrate side. Each second flat portion has, on the second electrode side, a surface that has a second height from the bottom surface. The first height is smaller than the second height.

  • Patent number: 10946752
Abstract: The number of opportunities where external charging of a vehicle parked in a residential parking space or a charging station in a predetermined period is available is counted as the number of opportunities, and the number of times of the external charging performed in the opportunities in the same predetermined period is counted as the number of times of charging. The number of times of charging is then divided by the number of opportunities to calculate and store a charging frequency. Since the charging frequency is a ratio of the number of times that the external charging was performed to the number of opportunities where the external charging is available in the predetermined period, the ratio is used as an index that can offer more accurate determination regarding an external charging utilization status. As a result, various processing to promote external charging are executed more properly.

  • Patent number: 10899234
Abstract: A power source ECU transmits a first message for inquiring whether or not a vehicle is parked at a location provided with a power transmission device, after full-scale power transmission is completed. A vehicle ECU transmits a second message for informing that the vehicle is parked, when it receives the first message. When the power source ECU does not receive the second message for informing that the vehicle is parked after transmitting the first message, the power source ECU determines that the vehicle is not parked at the location provided with the power transmission device.
