  • Publication number: 20240097044
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes a first conductive layer between first and second insulating layers with an oxide semiconductor column extending in the first direction through these layers. A third insulating layer covers the column. The column has a first semiconductor portion at a first position matching the first insulating layer, a second semiconductor portion at a second position matching second insulating layer, and a third semiconductor portion at a third position matching the first conductive layer. The first semiconductor portion is continuous along a second direction between the third insulating layer, the second semiconductor portion is continuous along the second direction between the third insulating layer, but the third semiconductor portion is not continuous between the third insulating layer.

  • Publication number: 20090028766
Abstract: The present invention provides high purity anhydrous aluminium chloride which is freed as completely as possible from all the major impurity components (impurity metals) derived from starting aluminium used in industrial production of anhydrous aluminium chloride, wherein a content of the major impurity components except gallium (Ga), such as Na, K, Si, Fe, etc. is 1 ppm or less, and a purity of the anhydrous aluminium chloride as determined by subtracting a total content of the impurity components is 99.99% by weight or more, preferably 99.999% or more, and a process for production thereof.

  • Patent number: 5142729
Abstract: A windshield wiper apparatus for a vehicle having a pivot lever, a linkage, and a rotating mechanism which is operative to move windshield wipers to and from storage and operating positions is provided. The pivot lever is secured at an end thereof to a pivot shaft which supports a wiper arm, and is coupled at the other end thereof to a link rod connected to a wiper motor which pivotally drives the wiper arm. The linkage includes a first link which is coaxially connected to the pivot shaft, a second link which is connected to the link rod and is substantially parallel to the first link, and a third link which is connected at an end thereof to the first link and connected at the other end thereof to the second link and the link rod to reciprocally rotate the pivot shaft.
