  • Publication number: 20150226344
Abstract: A pilot passage that is in communication with an input port at all times is formed inside a spool, the pilot passage and a second pressure receiving chamber on one side of a pilot piston are made to be in communication with each other at all times through a constantly open communication passage formed in a continuous portion between the spool and the pilot piston, the second pressure receiving chamber and a first pressure receiving chamber on the other side of the pilot piston are made to be in communication with each other through an opening/closing communication passage that is formed in a piston box and that is opened and closed with a pilot valve, and the pilot piston is driven and the spool is switched by turning the pilot valve on and off to supply/discharge pilot air to/from the first pressure receiving chamber.

  • Patent number: 8978701
Abstract: An energy-saving valve includes a spool-driving unit which changes the position of a spool to a position at which compressed air is discharged from a first output port without pressure control and includes a pressure control unit which changes the position of the spool to a position at which compressed air is discharged from a second output port in a predetermined pressure level due to pressure control. The pressure control unit includes a pressure control piston, a pressure-receiving surface which enables air pressure in the second output port to act on the pressure control piston, a cylinder chamber, a pressure control channel, and an elastic member which applies biasing force to the pressure control piston in a direction opposite to the action of air pressure on the pressure-receiving surface to determine pressure.

  • Publication number: 20150059893
Abstract: A switching valve includes main valve constituted of a five-port electromagnetic switching valve settable to a closed-center position, and a residual pressure exhaust valve including an exhaust valve cavity communicating with a supply port of the main valve and two exhaust ports, two residual pressure discharge flow paths respectively communicating with the exhaust ports, two exhaust valve elements placed inside the exhaust valve cavity and driven by pressure air from the supply port to open and close the residual pressure discharge flow paths, and a release spring that biases the exhaust valve element in a direction to open the residual pressure discharge flow paths.

  • Patent number: 8931507
Abstract: A plurality of electromagnetic valves are mounted on a manifold base, a single top cover that covers the plurality of electromagnetic valves as a whole is mounted, the top cover is screwed into the manifold base in a state in which a positioning pin on a lower end of a peripheral wall is fitted into a small hole in the manifold base, a reinforcing rib is formed on an inner face of a top plate of the top cover, the rib is arranged so that the rib is brought into contact with the upper faces of the electromagnetic valves all the time or is brought into contact with the electromagnetic valves when the top cover is elastically deformed by a pressing force from the outside acting on the top cover.

  • Patent number: 8925587
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a first piston with a smaller diameter and a second piston with a larger diameter that switch a spool between a first switching position at one end and a second switching position at the other end, and a return spring that moves the spool to a neutral switching position are provided, at the neutral switching position, some of a plurality of ports communicate with one another and remaining ports are closed; at the first switching position, the communication-and-closure relationship of the plurality of ports is the reverse of that in the neutral switching position; and at the second switching position, all the plurality of ports are closed, and when the spool is switched to the neutral switching position and the first switching position, only the first piston is operated, and when the spool is switched to the second switching position, the second piston is operated.

  • Patent number: 8613292
Abstract: To provide a decompression switching valve that enables reduction in the running cost and initial cost, by saving of air consumption and simplifying and downsizing of equipment. A decompression switching valve includes one valve hole, a main valve body having air supply ports, a first output port, a second output port, and an air exhaust port which are communicated with the valve hole, and a first spool and a second spool which are slidably provided in the valve hole, adjacent to each other, wherein the first spool forms a switching valve section that selectively connects the first output port to an air supply port or the air exhaust port, and wherein the second spool forms a decompression valve section that reduces the pressure of compressed air having been input from the air supply port and outputs the pressure from the second output port.

  • Patent number: 8567443
Abstract: A tapered face whose hole diameter is gradually reduced toward a riding-on direction is formed at a valve-seat end of a supply valve seat or an discharge valve seat where a seal member of a spool slides and rides onto from a side with a low fluid pressure to a side with a high fluid pressure, while the other valve-seat end is kept as a cylindrical surface with a constant hole diameter, by which two tapered faces are formed in a valve hole, and an inner diameter of a portion located between the two tapered faces of the valve hole is formed equal to an inner diameter of a small diameter end of the tapered face, while an inner diameter of a portion located on a hole end side rather than the two tapered faces of the valve hole is formed equal to or larger than the inner diameter of a large diameter end of the tapered face.

  • Patent number: 8375986
Abstract: A plurality of valve assemblies having a plurality of manifold valves assembled are electrically coupled in a row via lead wire assemblies to transmit a power signal for driving solenoids of the manifold valves in parallel from the valve assembly at a proximal side of the row to the valve assembly at a leading end side via the manifold valves of the valve assemblies and the lead wire assemblies.
