  • Publication number: 20220373629
Abstract: During obtaining a sensitivity distribution in a k-space, data based on which the sensitivity distribution is obtained is expanded with a mirror image to create an expanded image to prevent spectrum leakage, and the sensitivity distribution is stably calculated. During obtaining the sensitivity distribution in the k-space, image data based on which the sensitivity distribution is obtained is inverted as a mirror image to be made into the expanded image, the expanded image is transformed into k-space data, and a frequency component (frequency space data) of the sensitivity distribution is calculated. A region corresponding to the original image data is clipped from the calculated frequency space data, and the sensitivity distribution is obtained.

  • Patent number: 9862158
Abstract: A tire manufacturing method to obtain a base tire superior in uniformity when the base tire has a cushion gum applied thereon. In this process of tire manufacture, the thickness from a belt, which is located in the outermost layer of the base tire having an application surface for the cushion gum, to the application surface is measured along the circumference of the base tire so as to detect a maximum thickness position. Then the circumferential winding of the cushion gum extruded from an extrusion molding unit is started from the maximum thickness position.

  • Patent number: 9249591
Abstract: Plastically deformable support bodies (16) are embedded in a gel-like elastic body (15). A bottom-surface adhesive layer (15b) of the gel-like elastic body (15) is bonded to a floor surface (F), and a pressurizing plate (13) is kept on a top-surface adhesive layer (15a). A leg section (2) of equipment (1) is restrained from moving laterally with a bolt (22) provided on the pressurizing plate (13). A load of the equipment (1) is used to apply pressure to a vibration-damping pad (12) via the pressurizing plate (13). A restraint wall (18) is disposed around the vibration-damping pad (12) and a caulking compound (20) is packed in the opening between the pressurizing plate (13) and the floor surface (F). The caulking compound (20) is blocked by the restraint wall (18), and the gel-like elastic body (15) is allowed to deform due to a gap (19) formed between the restraint wall (18) and the vibration-damping pad (12).

  • Publication number: 20150122969
Abstract: [Problem] To prevent, using a simple seismic isolation structure, vibration, noise, and toppling of a heavy object installed on a floor surface where anchor bolts cannot be used. [Solution] In a seismic isolation structure 11 for a machine 1, plastically deformable support bodies 16 are embedded in a gel-like elastic body 15 of a vibration-damping pad 12. A bottom-surface adhesive layer of the gel-like elastic body 15 is bonded to the floor surface, and a pressurizing plate 13 is bonded to a top-surface adhesive layer of the gel-like elastic body 15. The pressurizing plate 13 bears weight of the machine 1 and uniformly applies pressure to the entire vibration-damping pad 12. The base 21 of a holder 14 is welded to the upper surface of the pressurizing plate 13; a bolt 22 erected on the base 21 is caused to penetrate a through-hole 3 of a leg section 2; and the leg section 2 is restrained on the pressurizing plate 13 by the holder 14 from moving laterally.

  • Publication number: 20090322468
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a chip resistor and a method for manufacturing thereof, the chip resistor keeping easily soldering strength even if mounted in a horizontal position, and never projects from a holding recess of a positioning jig in a mounting process, and further does not hinder miniaturization thereof from being promoted, while keeping a good appearance thereof. [Means of Solution] In manufacturing a chip resistor 10, front-face electrodes 12 and resisters 13 are formed on the front face 20a of a large size substrate 20, and rear-face electrodes 16 are formed on the rear face 20b of the large size substrate 20. When the rear-face electrodes are formed, the rear-face electrodes 16 are extended to inclined faces of V-shaped grooves of second dividing grooves 22 on the rear face 20b and these extended parts are made to be side-face electrodes 16a.
