  • Patent number: 11499138
Abstract: Provided is a method for efficiently manufacturing high-purity peripheral nerve cells from undifferentiated cells. The method for manufacturing peripheral nerve cells from undifferentiated cells having an ability to differentiate into peripheral nerve cells includes the following steps (a) and (b): (a) culturing undifferentiated cells having an ability to differentiate into peripheral nerve cells to induce differentiation into neural progenitor cells without detaching a grown colony from a culture vessel; and (b) detaching the neural progenitor cells produced in the step (a) from the culture vessel, then seeding the cells at a seeding density of 2×105 to 6×105 cells/cm2 to a culture vessel, and culturing the cells for 14 to 42 days.

  • Patent number: 6545578
Abstract: The invention provides a deflection yoke having two centering magnets mounted thereon for the adjustment of centering. Each of the centering magnets is molded in an annular form from a resin material containing a finely divided magnetic material, the centering magnet having two portions opposed to each other as displaced from each other by 180 degrees about a center axis of the annular form thereof and magnetized to an N pole and an S pole respectively, the content of the magnetic material varying circumferentially of the annular form, the distribution of the content being symmetrical about a straight line orthogonal to a straight line through a center point of the N pole and a center point of the S pole. The magnetic force for the adjustment of centering can be eliminated by the two magnets mounted in combination.

  • Patent number: 4754190
Abstract: A flat cathode-ray tube has a tubular glass body comprising a tubular neck portion, a flat funnel portion, a flat box-shaped head portion, an electron gun housed in the neck portion, and a fluorescent screen at the head portion. At least the funnel portion is made entirely of a flat glass plate. A deflection yoke, mounted on the junction of the neck and funnel portions, comprises a core having at its funnel-side end an opening approximately rectangular with substantially straight upper and lower sides and gently outwardly bulging arcuate opposite lateral sides. The core's inner surface, defining an opening, is continuously reducing in size from the funnel side toward the neck portion conforming with the tapered shape of the funnel portion. The yoke further comprises a pair of vertical deflection coils wound around an upper and a lower portion of the core. A pair of horizontal deflection coils, each have horizontal portions extending at least along the opposite sides of the funnel portion.
