  • Publication number: 20240039376
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a laminated core in which an adhesive can be easily applied to gaps between laminated electromagnetic steel plates is provided. A method of manufacturing a laminated core according to the present disclosure includes a first step, a second step, and a third step. In the first step, an electromagnetic steel plate laminate is formed by laminating a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates in a lamination direction. In the second step, the electromagnetic steel plate laminate is excited in a direction intersecting the lamination direction. In the third step, an adhesive is applied to gaps between the plurality of electromagnetic steel plates in the electromagnetic steel plate laminate.

  • Publication number: 20230001739
Abstract: A mobile body according to the disclosure has an omni wheel in which a pair of wheels is arranged parallel to each other so that phases of the wheels are shifted from each other. Each of the wheels having a plurality of rollers in a circumferential direction. The rigidity of a center portion of each of the rollers in an axis direction is higher than rigidity of an end portion of the roller in the axis direction.

  • Patent number: 10683910
Abstract: With respect to a relation between an amount of axial displacement of a first bearing as well as an amount of axial displacement of a second bearing relative to an axial force generated at a meshing part between a first double-helical gear and a second double-helical gear, and an amount of axial displacement of the second bearing as well as an amount of axial displacement of a third bearing relative to an axial force generated at a meshing part between a third double-helical gear and a fourth double-helical gear, the second bearing is configured to have a smaller amount of axial displacement than that of at least one of the first bearing and the third bearing.

  • Patent number: 7287967
Abstract: A high pressure pump for preventing distortion of a sealing surface or a cylinder form. The high pressure pump has an intermediate member including a cylinder body having a pressurizing chamber communicated with a cylinder accommodating a plunger. Fluid in the pressurizing chamber is pressurized by reciprocating the plunger. The intermediate member is arranged between a cover and a flange and is clamped by clamping bolts. An electromagnetic spill valve for receiving reaction force from the pressurizing chamber when the fluid in the pressurizing chamber is pressurized is attached to the cover at a position for reducing the clamping force applied to the intermediate member by the clamping bolts.

  • Publication number: 20030103853
Abstract: A high pressure pump for preventing distortion of a sealing surface or a cylinder form. The high pressure pump has an intermediate member including a cylinder body (4) having a pressurizing chamber (14) communicated with a cylinder (4a) accommodating a plunger (12). Fluid in the pressurizing chamber is pressurized by reciprocating the plunger. The intermediate member is arranged between a cover (6) and a flange (8) and is clamped by clamping bolts (40). An electromagnetic spill valve (10) for receiving reaction force from the pressurizing chamber when the fluid in the pressurizing chamber is pressurized is attached to the cover (6) at a position for reducing the clamping force applied to the intermediate member by the clamping bolts.

  • Patent number: 5711177
Abstract: A method of corrugating a metallic pipe which achieves an increase in the limit of tube expansion ratios. First, a heated part is formed by heating a local part of an outer periphery of a pipe in a circumferential direction by a high frequency coil. Next, the heated part is located within a forming surface of a forming die, and an axial compressive stress is applied to the pipe. Thus, the heated part is expanded while restricted by the forming surface. Therefore, even when the axial length of the heated part is increased, formability is stabilized and the tube expansion ratio can be raised.
