    Abstract: A lighting apparatus using light-emitting diodes as the light source, which has light-dispersible property, heat dissipation property, excellent waterproof property, durability and shock resistance, giving no local glares, giving soft illumination, and can be used as a guiding light and a garden light, is provided. The lighting apparatus according to the present invention is so configured that a substrate 3 on which light-emitting diodes 2 are mounted is connected with electricity supply lines 5, the substrate 3 including connecting points with the electricity supply lines 5 is enclosed with silicon resin 6 to which light-dispersible particulates causing scattering of the irradiated light from light-emitting diodes are mixed, and the insulated covertures 7 of the electricity supply lines 5 at the outer periphery of the silicon resin 6 and the portion in the vicinity of said silicon resin are molded with transparent acrylic resin 8.

    Abstract: A tightening head (1) is provided with at least two sockets (4i, 4ii) which are alternatively connected to an output shaft of a nut runner (3), a socket replacing mechanism (6) and a bolt supplying mechanism (7). The socket replacing mechanism (6) is provided with a moving mechanism (61) and a posture changing mechanism (64). The moving mechanism (61) moves each socket (4i, 4ii) between a using position where the socket (4i, 4ii) agrees with an axis of the output shaft of the nut runner (3) and a waiting position which is distant from the axis. The posture changing mechanism (64) changes a posture of each socket (4i, 4ii) to an upward posture corresponding to the waiting position and to a tightening posture corresponding to the using position. The bolt supplying mechanism 7 is provided with bolt magazines (8i, 8ii) and bolt holding mechanism (9i, 9ii). During a bolt tightening step is executed by one socket in the using position, the bolt (B) is supplied to the other socket in the waiting position.

The system 1 is installed under the ground of the side of the road 2. Runoff water runs into the system 1 through a curb inlet 120, is purified and discharged to a sewage pipe 56. The system is made up of a concrete box 11, in which a wall 10 separates the box into a maintenance tank 7 and a treatment tank 9, both of which are connected to each other at their lowest ends. Runoff water flows into the maintenance tank 7 and to the treatment tank 9, through the connecting conduit where pollutants are removed, and discharged to the sewage pipe.

The end of the boot is then fitted over the outer periphery of said open end. A boot opening/closing device for doing so includes a vertically movable clamping member for clamping the boot at a portion adjacent the larger end, moving it away from the open end, holding it there during injection of the liquid by a movable nozzle and fitting it.
